I'm guessing that''s why this is a "2nd chance" sketch. If the, er, kinks had been worked out, it wouldn't have felt forced, just funny. But it's great that Seth hosts this and SNL signs off on it. It has a charm, for one, simply for the story behind it, but it's also inspiration for creatives who feel they're not hitting the head of the nail yet -- nobody does it perfectly, all the time.
