I saw this comment under the last video as well but there they said it wouldn't actually stop notifications, only hide it in the calendar when you view it. I haven't tried it myself but would love to hear from somebody who has because all these notifications are really getting ridiculous to manage so if that works that would be awesome!

Boho style is basically a mix of everything; patterns, textures, colors, cultures, and definitely design styles. It’s all about living a creative and fulfilling life, so their home is bursting at the seams with stuff from all those memories, and that’s why you’ll see a bit of everything in it. Another thing you’ll see is tons of random hand crafted things since the boho lifestyle is centered around creativity. As a side note: one of my fave things to do when building a “boho” style place, even back when I first played sims 2, is to mix and match all the chairs (especially the dining table chairs). It just added a more realistic vibe and looked more lived in to me. Plus, every “boho” house I’ve seen in magazines or in person always has perfectly mismatching (typically wood) dining table chairs and I always thought that was the epitome of cool. Edit: Lastly, boho homes tend to be very welcoming and communal, so a large dining room with a big table and tons of chairs is a great idea. Some more ideas: lots of seating everywhere (or figurative seating places as to not overwhelm the game), open concept areas (minimal walls and maybe a loft bedroom overlooking a living or dining room), places to bond and have a good time with friends, family, and even strangers (bonfire, card games, bubble blower machine, bar, etc.), and last but not least TAPESTRIES TAPESTRIES TAPESTRIES (of any size on any surface like beds, couches, tables, dressers, walls, etc.)

I do love the modern boho kind of vibe, it feels very Pinterest, New York white-walls rental boho - but don’t be scared of patterns, James! Boho is soft and cozy and very lost-and-found! Add little random cozy chairs and book cases and the boxes of blankets, random cushions on the sofa, and that vampires tapestry would look beautiful (though it is $$). Great video!!!

It reminds me of a busy hippy wabi sabi? I love James's version of the tiny town. He produces small television series for real.
The rule with Boho style is there's never too much stuff, everything fits together and we need a lot of wood and plants. It's just literally the opposite of your style. 😂😂

I vote keep the 20K, you dated Sylas and did a wedding event so I think you’ve earned it. Also, the faster you can finish Tiny Town and not have to suffer through the bugs the better. Don’t get me wrong, I have LOVED this series; it’s one of my favorites! But the lagging, slow loading screens, building bugs with the roofing, bills being glitchy plus all the other things wrong with For Rent I know makes it hard to play. Thanks for sticking with it to give us an awesome series!!
haven't gotten to the end yet, but another option for a yellow stucco wall is eco lifestyle. its bright, but not cartoonish (in my opinion). plus, there is the half yellow half white option.

I've also noticed that romance drops insanely fast now, with lovestruck! It's ridiculous - your spouse goes to work, and has no idea you're engaged when they come home, practically! xD

You did the clown core pool a few years back too and I think the main issue is a lack of texture. Bright primary colours together will look juvenille, but some thicker texture will help to add depth to the look. Using Jungle adventure rougher walls, or the fitness stuff tiles I think would help against primary colours.
I feel like pastel moms murdered a fun boho inspired build... I've preffered James going with his instincts. 'Clowncore' was so nice and eclectic. Even if you look at boho items in game, none of them are pastel, they're loud. :)
i like the concept but if think you should add more bright, vibrant colours, wayy more clutter and wayyy more decorations. it should feel very cozy, very personal. don't worry so much about yellow - boho IS colorfoul so it will be natural for silas more "authethic" look. overlap different patterned rugs, more cozy spaces, more vibrant colours!!

I love the way the bedroom turned out! Instead of the column in the bedroom, move the wall over so that the little window is in the room with the door that opens to the balcony! Also, I feel like the kitchen cabinets are too modern.
I think if you make the staircase a slight L shape at the top, you could have a better wardrobe space. Place it where the downstairs shower is, making that bathroom 1 tile smaller but still usable with rearranging. Upstairs you would come up the stairs, facing the patio door and you have the entire wardrobe and current upstairs landing as a new wardrobe space. I hope this makes sense and possibly inspires you ❤
The City Living wall murals are a great way to fill a large space with great boho vibes. The annoying thing is they don't go down with the walls, but if you're just finishing up the series it might work 🤷♀ I used the big face one to fill a wall in a really colorful way.
I k ow that is a wardrobe in the sims, but with it being where it is, it feels like it would be a linen closet for your sheets,bath towels, extra toilet paper, it would all be shoved in there.
No one even saying that Laundry Day stuff has some great boho items. Like the layered rugs, the wicker furniture. I believe Silas is even wearing Laundry Day stuff. Then you know movie hangout, as you’ve mentioned. Highschool years. Don’t forget lots of plants, you love plants so fill it to the brim. lol Bobo and plants are my favorite thing. For Rent has those because dressers/amours that have a boho feel to it. Wicker, plants, lots of patterns, and rugs. I really love the design, and I know you’ll hit it out of the park James.
Silas definitely needs the bubble blower and you should definitely add multiple dressers/bookcases/storage items into the bedroom because every boho lover I know is 3 things… a creative, a book lover, and a plant parent. Silas has the creative and working on the plants… but definitely need plenty of storage for all his funky clothing as a boho who probably adores thrifting… which by the way, PLEASE take him to Thrift Tea and find him some outfits next episode. Also, give him the costume trunk, PLEASE! The living room can have the record player and the funky piano and several bookcases. Silas should absolutely be a total clutter bug.
I kept hoping he would use the new wall decals from Life & Death, they could look good inside & outside the house. Under the peaked roof facing the front would be a good spot.

I love the way the bedroom turned out! Instead of the column in the bedroom, move the wall over so that the little window is in the room with the door that opens to the balcony! Also, I feel like the kitchen cabinets are too modern.

I think if you make the staircase a slight L shape at the top, you could have a better wardrobe space. Place it where the downstairs shower is, making that bathroom 1 tile smaller but still usable with rearranging. Upstairs you would come up the stairs, facing the patio door and you have the entire wardrobe and current upstairs landing as a new wardrobe space. I hope this makes sense and possibly inspires you ❤

The City Living wall murals are a great way to fill a large space with great boho vibes. The annoying thing is they don't go down with the walls, but if you're just finishing up the series it might work 🤷♀ I used the big face one to fill a wall in a really colorful way.
I k ow that is a wardrobe in the sims, but with it being where it is, it feels like it would be a linen closet for your sheets,bath towels, extra toilet paper, it would all be shoved in there.

No one even saying that Laundry Day stuff has some great boho items. Like the layered rugs, the wicker furniture. I believe Silas is even wearing Laundry Day stuff. Then you know movie hangout, as you’ve mentioned. Highschool years. Don’t forget lots of plants, you love plants so fill it to the brim. lol Bobo and plants are my favorite thing. For Rent has those because dressers/amours that have a boho feel to it. Wicker, plants, lots of patterns, and rugs. I really love the design, and I know you’ll hit it out of the park James.

Silas definitely needs the bubble blower and you should definitely add multiple dressers/bookcases/storage items into the bedroom because every boho lover I know is 3 things… a creative, a book lover, and a plant parent. Silas has the creative and working on the plants… but definitely need plenty of storage for all his funky clothing as a boho who probably adores thrifting… which by the way, PLEASE take him to Thrift Tea and find him some outfits next episode. Also, give him the costume trunk, PLEASE! The living room can have the record player and the funky piano and several bookcases. Silas should absolutely be a total clutter bug.

I kept hoping he would use the new wall decals from Life & Death, they could look good inside & outside the house. Under the peaked roof facing the front would be a good spot.
