The more diodelasers are stacked, the more semi-transparent mirrors the beam has to go through and thus the more scattered the beam gets (polution in the mirrors). So the beam isn't as crisp as with one laser (i.e. lower power)
Just ordered my WeCreat 20W today. Will mostly be using it for engraving. I want to make custom labels engraved on leather. Looking forward to using my new machine!
The 40w machine has a smaller workspace, which isn't explained to customers on the website, and the auto-conveyor system has been a huge waste of money so far. I would recommend the 20w machine so far, but don't waste your money on the 40w or the conveyor system
I have the 40 and 20. Wanted to put the IR in one to stay most of the time. Which would you put it in? I mainly work with wood. So I assume the 20. Thanks.
Looking to start cutting and engraving cowhide, metal tumblers, and glass cups. Also my machine will be in in uninsulated metal shop where we do get a high of 15 degrees Fahrenheit during the winter. Given these specs can you recommend a machine under $2500?
It's not the total watts, but pulse width, pulse rate, M2 value to maximize your total energy at the focus. So if 40 watt has 100 um spot and the 20 watt has 40 um spot. The 20 watt is going to crush the 40 watt. Also anything over 0.5 watts is a class 4 laser.
@@makeorbreakshop I've looked at a lot of video's of your great channel. But I can't remember......is there a diode-laser that can switch between red-laser and ir-laser. Freedom to engrave on metal and wood?
Thanks. I have the WeCreat 20w. New to lasers, but love it so far. I cut and engrave. I did not know about air off for engraving.

You are very good at making videos. The edits. The rhymes. So good dude.

Great breakdown. Thank you 😊

Lie #6 - Links to the table of laser capabilities will be posted in the description below
ha updated now, sorry!

passthrough is important for larger cuts
Good information and nice work on the rhyming portion I'm sure that took awhile to put together.

Not really a lie if no one tells you…
Lie/Misconception maybe.
Lie of Omission!!! 😂

@Peter_Enis yep, check out the xTool F1
@Peter_Enis yep, xTool f1, f1 ultra and Laserpecker
I want to cut wood for signs but I also want to do tumblers. 40w?
Chart link?
Good content!
If you're getting charred edges, you're using too much power and/or too slow off speed.
Where does it say on an engraver how large of a piece it can engrave? if I want one that can do something say 30 inches wide?
I mostly cut with my 40w Vision
So you said 6000 meters per second…. I’m guessing that is one of the lies? 😅
Ha Dangit, 600 mm/s
@@makeorbreakshop I knew what you meant 😁
Score, engrave and cut. Looking for a laser that can cut 1” pine.
Listened to the whole video. Exactly which lies are the BIGGEST lies?
That lie that one is the biggest ;)
How I wish I have that kind of laser for business 😔
Love
the rhyming is too hard to understand
lol.... just wondering how these companies still makes $€ after sending those to all these influencer's ???? want to believe....think i skip : D
How about skipping the poetry in the future
