Very cool to see the production end of things.
So if I took one of your cases, threw a shitload of guns, knives, gas masks, MRE and ammo in it, buried it 3 feet underground in a swamp that has 1 ft of water in all summer, and left it there for 15 years would it still protect the contents if I needed to retrieve them?
Wouldn’t matter. You’d still be held in the mental institution as a hopelessly paranoid loser. 😃

pelican cases are amazing good... but damn exspensive over hire to get.
Why are the molds rotated?
Its roto molding, so you have a tool cast mold that is filled with plastic pellets, the mold/tool is heated and the plastic liquifies. You rotate the mold to spread the plastic all over the interior and as it cools it slowly builds up thickness. This is used to make items ranging from coolers and fuel containers to Pelican style storage boxes. If the tool isn't rotated all the plastic would clump towards the bottom.
