Great demonstration. Eventhough your opponents will watch this video, they won't be able to stop the shot.

People can watch all the matches on me as they want too, but it won’t matter hehe 😉

My coach learned his outside step in the Soviet union from arsen fadzev as a kid, you do it very similar. Really like this variation, the creativity that outside steps permit is the best part about them 😎

Funny how this comes up after my discussion with some of my 1st years, that werent quite grasping the concept of the traditional knee drop penetration for HC and were doing more of an outside step. But if they were finding success with it, i made a deal with them that if they could understand and explain the differences and show competence then they could stick with it.
Question, the snap down that clears the collar tie by way of looking in between your legs put simply. I never see it at the highschool level, i think it would be a great thing to show my kids because were nearly out of time season wise and i believe its fairly simple, easily repeatable, applicable to almost all weight classes at this level, and id say pretty effective at clearing collar tie and getting a reaction out of the opponent. What really convinced me was the match between jack wilt unranked from lehigh taking on starocci early in the season. Both shots where jack got in on starocci, the action that preceded those shots was that specific snap down. Something ranked guys cant even get it on, on starocci. The snap down did its part beautifully in my opinion.
Ive mentioned to the other coaches, they kinda look at me crazy like as if its too simple to be that effective, or considered poor wrestling. But im convinced it could do wonders help build our kids confidence in the tie up

Can you make a video explaining how you master the basics. Showing what that means from a beginner level up to senior. Going into some specific technical details you remember learning along the way

not sure if anyone else had problems, but when I was using head phones. The sound only came out of one ear (left), I tested with other videos and it was fine. This was still an amazing video; thanks for your tips will try and use.

It’s the mic I use, it’s not usually a mic that is used for RUclips more for Instagram with only one output. I need to fix it
