Thanks for the audio tip👍🏼. As a person with ADHD, my focus kept getting hijacked by the animation. I’m a visual learner and would’ve benefited from some of the graphics here. But not the constant drawing in process for each little detail of the audio. I like coloring and drawing so I kept getting caught up in that. IE: instead of drawing out the a person with a checklist, just show the checklist and maybe animate when items get checked off…. Just animation that is less busy. Another suggestion to help people like myself better absorb the information: slow down the playback speed to .75. As long as the slower speed doesn’t make the narrator sound like they’d had a few too many cocktails before recording the video, it helps me tremendously.

You're better off not caring what people think when it comes to you being too "honest"....Majority of society are weak and are easily programmed by the media and word-of-mouth. Push forward with your goals. Once people start admiring you, those who said you're too "honest" will come running to "support you" Lol!

    • @TG-hp8og
      @TG-hp8og 11 месяцев назад +3

But why should one want people to admire or "come running"?
      I would hate that.
I totally agree with the comment about people easily are affected on media etc.
Propaganda from interest organisations ae making humans dumber. Before we used "wikipedia" or similar, nowadays cant see/understand the difference between interest organisations and scientific organisations.
      Its scary.

Um, no. Don't expect them to come running to support you. Is that what you hope for? In my experience they'll avoid you, perhaps embarrassed they didn't believe you at the time. Remember all the truth tellers during covid?

"Being to Honest!" Sounds like word play for ripping people apart to achieve goals and then when you have trauma bonded them in a vocational sense, you wait for them to crawl back after being ripped apart lol. If I'm wrong, forgive me. Emotional intelligence is knowing to not abuse people: from any level, for any reason.

Unfortunally, a lot of people belive they can whine , cry, scream , threaten etc,to get what they want.
Thats a thing one have learned from small child. People dont repeat what doesnt work. So,at one point, one got what one wanted, from such bad behaviour.
And thats a clear picture on how important parenting is.

I am totally with Clint Eastwood's philosophy of "Don't just do something: stand there!" Especially when it comes to doctors. Most of the reason I don't go to see doctors anymore is that they say "I don't know, but there's a cream (pill, shot, surgery) we can try!" and it either makes my health worse directly or indirectly, when I can't afford good food as a result of joining in the crowd-funding their next vacation.

I believe "self serving biased " is one of the greatest issues suffered by the majority of society today. When something goes wrong , most people look for someone (other then themselves) to blame. In addition, sometimes there is no one to blame. Sometimes bad stuff just happens with no one to blame and a large portion of people can't accept that and need to find someone to let anger out on to make themselves feel "off the hook". If they could learn to accept that sometimes bad stuff happens and learn to let it go, there would be a lot less angry confrontations in the world. Just my 2 cents 😁

My wife and I agree that we would be annoyed with both examples of getting someone to do the dishes. Both options are just passive/aggressive commands and still kill a lot of the merit/incentive.
Also, the example of "toxic honesty" isn't necessarily toxic. If you need someone to dance around things and be gentle with being honest with you... that might be more a reflection of your inability to take objective criticism.
If someone is making critiques that aren't actionable or blatantly non-objective then THAT would be toxic. Being blunt doesn't = toxic in and of itself.

What if I don’t have self serving bias and just found that out right now because I would say that typically I probably do… but the test I did well on I remember being really anxious because it was my first day after being moved from the 6th grade math class to the 8th grade math class and it was one of those multiplication quizzes and the teacher announced to everyone I was the only one to get 100% lol I was so embarrassed because why would you announce that I’m a nerd on my first day 🤣
The text that I did bad on I literally got ever song answer right but failed because I’m an idiot and I wrote the answers in moving left to right instead of in columns. I was too anxious to tell the teacher so I took the F. Especially since they were numbered and I just feel like that’s such a dumbass thing to do.

I almost feel like I'm wasting my time based on the content of this post.
The server stores information in quickly accessible but short-term packets. It's more like a grocery list than a memory. There's not really any need to remember what you bought last time.
That the server doesn't seem to even recognize her suggests even more compartmentalization. She was just a position (place holder) in a specific mental space.
