    Fishball Noodle
    Bahan:
    100 gr mie kering
    2-3 sdm minyak bawang putih dan cabai
    1 sdt kaldu jamur
    ½ sdt lada bubuk
    1 sdm kecap asin
    1 sdm saus tiram
    Ayam cincang:
    125 gr ayam giling
    ½ sdt garam
    ½ sdt kaldu jamur
    ¼ sdt lada bubuk
    Minyak bawang:
    3 siung bawang putih cincang
    Minyak secukupnya
    Cabai rawit (opsional)
    Kuah:
    150 ml air
    ½ sdt garam
    ½ sdt kaldu jamur
    ¼ sdt lada bubuk
    Bawang putih goreng
    Bawang daun
    Pelengkap:
    Sawi
    Fishball
    Bawang daun
    Bawang goreng
    Cara membuat:
    1. Ayam cincang: tumis bawang putih dan masukkan ayam giling
    2. Bumbui dengan garam, kaldu jamur, dan lada bubuk
    3. Minyak bawang: tuang minyak dan masukkan bawang putih cincang, masak dengan api kecil, sisihkan bawang putih goreng, masukkan cabai rawit dan matikan api
    4. Rebus mie kering, sayur, dan fishball
    5. Kuah: campurkan semua bahan
    6. Bumbui mie dengan minyak bawang putih dan cabai, kaldu jamur, lada bubuk, kecap asin, dan saus tiram
    7. Susun fishball noodle: mie, ayam cincang, sayur, fishball, dan kuah.
    Fishball Noodles

    100 gr dry noodles
    2-3 tbsp garlic and chili oil
    1 tsp mushroom bouillon
    ½ tsp ground pepper
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    Minced chicken:
    125 gr ground chicken
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp mushroom bouillon
    ¼ tsp ground pepper
    Garlic oil:
    3 minced garlic cloves
    Oil to taste
    Cayenne pepper (optional)
    Broth:
    150 ml water
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp mushroom bouillon
    ¼ tsp ground pepper
    Fried garlic
    Spring onion
    Complementary:
    Mustard
    Fishball
    Spring onion
    Fried onions
    Steps:
    1. Minced chicken: sauté the garlic and add the ground chicken
    2. Season with salt, mushroom bouillon, and ground pepper
    3. Onion oil: pour in the oil and add the chopped garlic, cook over low heat, set aside the fried garlic, add the cayenne pepper and turn off the heat
    4. Boil dry noodles, vegetables and fishball
    5. Broth: mix all ingredients
    6. Season the noodles with garlic and chili oil, mushroom bouillon, ground pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce
    7. Assemble the fishball noodles: noodles, chopped chicken, vegetables, fishballs, spring onion, fried onion, and broth.
