Attuneds and Rearmed tend to be pretty good candidates for each other's weapons on account of their ability to still run PRFs Well, the ones that HAVE PRFs anyway
Oh finally A video about Rearmed Lelia's Arcane dagger for me personally. i gave it to Ascended Joshua with a lockout force, and he does so well to swap other units and teleport any other units to a diagonally direction. So he's a force to be reckoned with. Also, thank you for your hard work. i really appreciate it PM1 for your builds and guides reviews. A high respect to my senpai. :)

It’s absolutely crazy to me that an attuned unit is already getting powercreeped by an arcane weapon, really makes me wonder where we’ll be in a couple months. Great video as always
To be fair, Nino's weapon already wasn't good even for the time. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to summon her for. Her C skill was the biggest reason to go for her since she was basically powercreeping Yuri to a degree.
And to think we just got N!Noire who got prfless, but was soon blessed with a shiny new arcane weapon at the time, so I wouldn't mind giving it to her. Also, Jakob can't catch a break.
The thing about Ninja Noire that sucks is that unless she's a character you really like, she's basically just an inferior version of the unit you're inheriting from.
It's actually kind of funny how many of these heroes in tier 3 tend to have better builds than those in tier 2, and it also shows that their aren't that many options for earlier gen dagger units
I'm hoping we can get some better investments for dagger units in the future, but for now I'd probably give it to either N!Noire or Rearmed Sothe. Also, that Saizo build, he looks like he's asking for blood after being horribly shafted.
I gave my sly knife to Felicia and i am running that with marth iceberg (loops), crystaline water, spd/res discord, lookout force, still water seal and oath echo. And i got another one so i gave lookout force and the knife to my +10 yunaka. She’ll never really use the knife but i got it for inheritance value. Both are really good and lookout force is really fun to use.
I've been waiting for this ever since I pulled a copy Rearmed Leila. Caught myself before feeding her to my Kronya. Glad I did because my Eir would've benefited from it way more then Kronya.
I gave mine to Ninja Noire along with the C Skill. She's become a pretty strong unit for me and I'm looking forward to grabbing a few merges for her next week with all the grails we got recently.
I love how Jaffar basically hates every single Arcane knife, even though his own PRF doesn't really do anything outside of stopping mages from counterattacking. 😂
Man, how I regret not getting Reamed Leila. I was on a spending spree, so I wanted to save... but that C skill is bonkers, and I could make use of the weapon too.
Thank you for the builds! I usually don't pull for Rearmed units that frequently nowadays unless i really need them, but these videos are still really helpful as they help in deciding what build I should go for based on the unit's star spread. This applies even more so for daggers as they tend to get rather better inheritables in general.
Thanks for putting this vid up PM1, was just thinking it would be a good start to the weekend to see the Arcane Sly Knife tier list video up. I want to build up gen 1 Kagero because she is one of my favourite daggers in FE and 2nd favourite in Fates next to Camilla.
Thanks for the upload! I got two copies of Leila so the daggers went straight to Kagero and Spring Kagero, and now their damage output is massive, god I love them
I honestly wish we didn't get Sly Knife so soon after Tempest considering that both daggers have increased stat gains over Void. Mostly because I'm still waiting for our third arcane sword, third arcane lance, and third arcane bow.
Arcane Sly Knife + Lookout Force definitely opens up so many potential builds for Dagger units. I pray that we also get a similar, yet, insane build options for Bow units, too, if we get a third Arcane Bow following the current trend. Because I would love to update some of my Bow units like Winter Annette. Oh, and I'm sure people have invested into Winter Claude, too, since he's got the ideal offensive spread and Curved Shot to play with.
I gave mine to Clanne and i'm running almost the exact same kit that you suggested for Gaius (minus sly swift sparrow cause i didn't grab it so he's stuck with atk/spd finish 4 for now) and it's a very fun build! The kit is almost self-sufficient (dull spd/def + preempt pulse + true dmg from weapon, tempo + more true dmg from speedtaker, null penalty to atk/spd on lookout force and tp echo helping u proc lethality asap, it's pretty much only missing nfu and sly swift sparrow would give gfu to help with that) and Lookout force gives some huge versatility with movement, plus the fact that lyn ring works with flat canto makes it even better too lol. I'm def curious about an aoe build for him as well but i will probably wait for pulse up ploy to become more acessible as i don't really want to sacrifice Rune 😅

I'm surprised you don't recommend swapping Summer Claude's weapon with this! It might be a brave weapon but it feels so dated... do you still recommend against it?
Yes, like I said in the video, you can stack a good amount of True DMG with it and we have many methods of inflicting expsoure, getting Treachery etc. With Speedtaker, he also has Null Guard now.

of the two charges for her i came out of the banner with, the one i've used was to give the knife and lookout force to lara. mostly i wanted to try lookout force with a dancer to see if it would gel together like i thought and allow both an additional action and double as positioning. i had the thought of pairing dance, wings of mercy, and lookout force, and pulling shenanigans. the biggest problem with that idea? if i'm the one using it it, any potential there is absolutely gonna be wasted
Just wanna correct one thing about Mythic Eir. Due to the 7th offense slot Rune provides. Eir being there does allow her to get mythic buffs. I don't recommend putting Eir there as there are way better options, but it is an option if you want to buff her up.
Its funny seeing Gunninigap just keeps getting new arcane daggers that make her quite unique for a ranged cav. She's a good sleeper unit to deal with some of the annoying bulky monsters who have DC with her flash status, and the Lyn ring can allow you to replicate what Lyn ring Glitter of Light healers do for AR-O so Lyn can fire safely
I’m using summer Clanne with Sly Knife, Lethality, Sly Mirror (don’t have sly swift sparrow yet), speedtaker, pulse up ploy & Atk oath echo. He gets so much true damage and hits really hard.
Been using Felicia to take out low merge Felixs nowadays. Celica emblem Glacies with Sly Mirror, S/R Discord, Pulse Up Ploy, Still Water seal and Time Pulse echo is just enough for the job with all stats invested into atk and res
After getting original Leila to +10 I look forward to doing it again with the version from a universe where she clearly survives and gets the life she deserved.
I gave my Leila to Sothe, for lookout force and Sly Knife, and then passed Tempest and Lookout force on to Ginnungagap, so that I could give Lookout force to my L!M!Shez. Feels so satisfying doing a fodder chain like that.
Will definitely be better and more consistent for finishing off foes since it will use her own Spd for True DMG. Sadly, it doesn't add the True DMG to the AoE specials either.
Nice list as usual! I did want to ask why Julian is in the good refine list over Gangrel, though. I personally think Gangrel’s refine is decent enough in its support, stats, hexblade, etc. and that it makes him stand out enough to use it, rather than Julian’s refine being very generic with no support and little in the way of impactful effects.
Hey PM1 a bit of an unrelated question, but over the past month I’ve pulled 6 copies of Dorothea and have gotten her to +10, so I just want to know how her arena scoring works with an arcane weapon vs an inheritable tome
I feel like Lookout force combined with Sigurd ring upgrades L!Yuri's kit. He can completely get rid of Foul Play and Fetters to allow him to run an X slot like Time's Pulse Echo to give him Lethality special jumping. Combine that with Speedtaker and he's a threat once again.
I might build myself a Metodey or Flora with this Sly Knife. I'd have loved NY!Eir to be the recipient, but I'm so low on Blue Flowers that it would take me the whole 2025 to get her how she was supposed to be built yesterday.

A while ago I made a Patty with Lethality, A/S Finish 4, PhyNFU and Lookout Force (No X skill). I made her basically because I wanted to +1 my +atk Leila and I didn't want to lose on the skills, plus I had "Some Patty lying around in case I wanted to build her" LOL So I asked some help on the build and started merging
I just want a fun way for good old Jaffar to proc Lethality every time in a lore-accurate ish Close Counter + Vantage build 😢 Still seems like the boring double Savage Blow build kills more reliably still.
My +10 Mythic Eir has gone over so many iterations over the years. Recently I've had her with firestorm boost, potent disarm, BOL, Soaring Echo with Sigurd ring or divine vein haze with Lyn ring but after thinking for a bit I did use my Leila on her this week and also gave her a flared sparrow. Now with the Sigurd ring for the movement and Leila's skills she's really been useful as my unit on the side clearing traps and pots and if necessary setting up flared sparrow terrain while my bulky frontline omnitanks the enemy (E Ike + Attuned Hector). I run A Micaiah with this comp so I don't need the Discord in B slot. While her combat is limited, this max invest M Eir does her job really well for AR-O purposes. And I hope at least when ppl look at their Defense replays they get a hoot out of such an invested Eir 😂
With weapons such as Arcane void, arcane quiang and A.Lif's weapon getting more and more outdated. I feel like it isn't entirely impossible for IS to give those older arcane weapons refines to boost their power
The only issue I have with Fafnir is, since he is a cav there is no way for him to get either Times Pulse OR NFU, so I rather use Tempest than Sly Knife on him in my opinion
Yeah, Cavs sadly have limited ways, unless you run Odd Spd Wave 4 on him for NFU. Ninja Lucina's support gives you both NFU, Pulse & then some if you run Sly Knife.
@@Pheonixmaster1 I do not have in fact a Ninja Lucina (I dont really like her so I didnt pull for her), but yea it kinda sucks how limited they are, I already run Nidavellir support however to atleast charge up an AOE or Lethality with E!Marth which fixes it one way or another
I see Sly Knife as more of a sidegrade to Tempest than an upgrade, personally. And like you said, Lookout Force is more valuable than Sly Knife is. To that end, next time Leila rolls around, I hope I can grab a copy to give to Ginnungagap as it fills in a lot of her... well... gaps.

Clanne is an excellent candidate for Sly Knife because of that Def/Res Stat Spread allows him to be a Laroar bait while being able to run LF4

I just want a fun way for good old Jaffar to proc Lethality every time in a lore-accurate ish Close Counter + Vantage build 😢
Still seems like the boring double Savage Blow build kills more reliably still.
My +10 Mythic Eir has gone over so many iterations over the years. Recently I've had her with firestorm boost, potent disarm, BOL, Soaring Echo with Sigurd ring or divine vein haze with Lyn ring but after thinking for a bit I did use my Leila on her this week and also gave her a flared sparrow. Now with the Sigurd ring for the movement and Leila's skills she's really been useful as my unit on the side clearing traps and pots and if necessary setting up flared sparrow terrain while my bulky frontline omnitanks the enemy (E Ike + Attuned Hector). I run A Micaiah with this comp so I don't need the Discord in B slot. While her combat is limited, this max invest M Eir does her job really well for AR-O purposes. And I hope at least when ppl look at their Defense replays they get a hoot out of such an invested Eir 😂
I gave this to my +10 Jaffar and he's using it great, was able to aoe kill the new blue snake in arena with it.
i gave sly knife to thief nina! her prf is pretty good but i was getting tired of how slow lethality charged
I used mine on Matthew so i could run them both together as they should

With weapons such as Arcane void, arcane quiang and A.Lif's weapon getting more and more outdated. I feel like it isn't entirely impossible for IS to give those older arcane weapons refines to boost their power
The only issue I have with Fafnir is, since he is a cav there is no way for him to get either Times Pulse OR NFU, so I rather use Tempest than Sly Knife on him in my opinion
Yeah, Cavs sadly have limited ways, unless you run Odd Spd Wave 4 on him for NFU.
Ninja Lucina's support gives you both NFU, Pulse & then some if you run Sly Knife.
@@Pheonixmaster1 I do not have in fact a Ninja Lucina (I dont really like her so I didnt pull for her), but yea it kinda sucks how limited they are, I already run Nidavellir support however to atleast charge up an AOE or Lethality with E!Marth which fixes it one way or another
I see Sly Knife as more of a sidegrade to Tempest than an upgrade, personally. And like you said, Lookout Force is more valuable than Sly Knife is. To that end, next time Leila rolls around, I hope I can grab a copy to give to Ginnungagap as it fills in a lot of her... well... gaps.

Yes, I'd like to use official keywords whenever possible. Not sure what to call defensive special jump before foe's atk like in Laguz Friend.

Yeah, that can be said. Canto Recall doesn't have much value. Tbf, she was already hard to justify using when Duo Kagero came out.
