Cream of Mushroom with Chicken Crockpot Recipe

  • Crockpot size: 5 Quart
    Ingredients:
    4-6 Chicken Thighs
    Salt & Pepper (To Your Liking)
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    8 oz. Sliced White Mushroom
    2 cans (10.5 oz.) Cream of Mushroom
    1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2 Tsp. Parsley
    1/2 Tsp. Thyme
    Directions:
    Place all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-7 hours. Enjoy!
    Reminder:
    These are my recommended ingredients. However, feel free to add or remove ingredients you feel may compliment the dish :)

    I make this recipe pretty regularly. Easy and delicious. With mashed potatoes and a vegetable, it's good enough for company.

    I've had something very similar to this using dill and it was lovely. I bought a slow cooker about a month ago, and have found that unless you pre fry onions and garlic, the end result can have a slightly metallic aftertaste. Has anyone else noticed this?

    Is it high, then low, or high, or low. If it is high or low, what is yhe difference. Is the chicken more tender lower and longer?

      Yes, you can bake this dish at 400 degrees for about 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

      I used boneless. But you're welcome to use bone-in. Either one will work🙂

    laying the chicken and seasoning it is a waste of time in this recipe. Dump and go for the exact same thing.
