Did a bed break when a guest checked in? A toilet flooded? I would love a peek into this because it all sounds too good to be true!!

That’s right. I have 7 rentals. I hired 4 cleaning crews and 4 handymen in total (some properties are nearby others so no need to hire more as they are comfortable taking care of 2 properties). Hope this answers your question.
