I'm pretty sure the "difficulty" setting of this game adjust the skill of any computer-controlled players. I don't believe it makes the questions harder.
Also, I love you Lindsay. You make me laugh at a time right now when laughs can be hard to find. When they said "You're fighting yourself, Lindsay" and you said "Yeah, my own worst enemy" I nearly died.

That's kind of the thing about trivia. It's just random knowledge that rarely actually matters day to day. It's kind of hard to gauge question difficulty when everyone has different experiences. For instance, the US presidents would probably be obvious to most educated Americans, but someone like Gavin probably would've struggled.
It is never quite as clear as it is when they play Trivial Pursuit that the entire office has about three brain cells between them and it's HILARIOUS

They make that differentiation in zoology to make the terms more clear, but in general terms venom is just a type of poison. In other fields poison is a general term.
