- Nobuhle Mthembu says this is a huge responsibility and she and her party, ActionSA, have proved their commitment to serving the people of Johannesburg. "When PikitUp workers were on strike, we were the ones helping them, trying to make the then executive mayor speak to them... from 2021 we have proven ourselves as a caucus and myself as the caucus leader," she said.
