- Austin Novosad was once recruited to Oregon after Dante Moore flipped to UCLA in the 2023 cycle. Does he have a realistic path to starting with the Ducks? Will he play at all in 2024?

I like Austin hopefully he will get a shot eventually. Him and Dante will compete for QB1 next season as long as know one else transfers in
When a QB has been in a program longer then a transfer and they are in the three spot it tells us something... right?
How many Oregon QBs have transferred into a starting role with other teams only to have marginal success... All?

In my opinion Novosad will probably transfer at the end of the season because we already have Dante, and we have Moga who’s a freshman and some qb’s coming in (Akili Smith Jr., Idk who else)
The reality is likely someone will transfer out...one of the top 3 (Moore, Novosad, or Moga). It depends on who wins the job, or possibly if Stein leaves for a head coaching job, I agree Novosad could leave with him.
Novasad will go where Stein goes. Bet on it.
If Stein doesn’t clean up his act and call plays that benefit the Ducks… starting next week…. I hope Dan fires his ass. Good riddance to him and Austin if that’s the case. We need someone edgy like Dan. Someone that’s not afraid of failing. I think Will is afraid of failing because he wants his career to progress. But failure of the key to success
