    If one lasts 4,5h and the other 2.5h on the same setting.... they are not running at the same brightness. @5:00
    They use the same battery and the same LED chip. So any changes in runtime can only come from power consumption.
    I guess that the slim MH12 gets thermally throttled and THEN lasts 4.5h. While the MH25 might keep up the power due to better heat dissipation.

    Here’s the difference:
    MH25 Pro - 31 seconds of turbo, then steps down
    MH12 Pro - 22 seconds of turbo, then steps down
    MH12se - 90min of turbo 1800 lumens

      Every LED flashlight with 1000+ lumens steps down within 90 seconds. Only the MH12/25 PRO gives you a visual indication with its level indicators...

      Ah yes, very genius of you to compare an 1800 turbo to a 3300 turbo of flashlights with similar physical sizes

      @@aggaviriyo790 your comprehension skills are so superior. I guess you would rather have a flashlight that steps down after seconds compared to one that doesn’t. What an idiot.

      You don't really need to mind. The only difference is the higher turbo. But the MH12 pro shuts down after ~20 secs of turbo mode. So... yeay! What a useful feature! ^^

      I would love this light, but apparently Nitecore doesn’t use the same high-quality LEDs such as Olight or others…..disappoint unfortunately.

    I have Both and Love Both. The MH25 Pro is Super Bright with a Little Longer Throw. Both get really Hot on Turbo, but with the Beam Profile and Light Color, you really don't Need Turbo very often. Love Em Both 👍

      @@carlostovar8585 I'm pretty happy with it. tail standing is tippy though. the flush mode button isn't much of an issue but it's a little awkward with the off-center main button you have to hold the flashlight with the button away from you be any direction. I've got the EDC35 coming soon. don't think I'd like the wide button on the MH 12 or 25 pro

    The website says that 3300 lumens turbo mode on the MH25 Pro has a runtime of 30 mins, is that correct or is it actually 30 seconds? Anyone know?

    • @jackmclane1826
      @jackmclane1826 7 месяцев назад +2

      The both get very hot quickly at turbo mode. It can not be sustained for a long time without toasting itself.
      Turbo mode is just for a short time, before it reduces power.
