These people are INSANE!! Like the talent and dedication not only to swim but be FAST about it too??? Absolutely unreal!! Paralympics deserves so much more attention!!
I enjoy watching the Paralympics much more than the regular Olympics. Don’t get me wrong, I respect all athletes. But there’s just something about the Paralympics that is really motivating. They’re not just competing against other Athletes, but competing against adversity. Against all odds. They possess Overwhelming strength and deep motivation. It’s very inspiring to see. Much respect to these and all athletes.❤️
All of these young men are awesome !!! Even though they have disabilities they still didn’t let that stop any of them from achieving their goal in life !!! God bless each and every one of them
Paralympics are WILD!!! It’s a different level of inspiration and just truly defining all odds to be held in the same echelon of fully capable Olympian’s
As a breastroker and state swimmer, I can tell you that what they did was actually pretty impressive, you need some serious arm strength and determination to go that fast in breaststroke using just your arms
Some only arm.. Or pretty much none The guy in lane one hand no arms and one leg that was still deformed.. so it’s crazy they can stay up doing ANY sort of swimming
@@Sarakate601 Human beings are remarkable. We should never underestimate someone's will, desire and determination. These are amazing people and I am humbled and in awe.
@@Sarakate601 the guy with one leg was remarkable. He whipped kick almost as fast as those that had two arms and a leg. Amazing! They are all gold medal winners in my book.
In my opinion it isn’t really fair bc they have different levels of disabilities, like some are paralyzed from the armpits down and some are just weak in one arm
Well Paralympic Games are more about courage of every participant rather than competition, so it's a little different from Olympics in how competition goes and also the level companionship between all the athletes from different countries.
Learn to swim if you have the opportunity. I learned at 44 and not one moment of regret, now it's one of my favorite sports, even though I'm not very good at it.
Absolutely loved seeing these professionals. I totally loved seeing the Mexican swimmer coming out, looking all cool and engrossed in his music - getting some needed focus before the big event.
Жирнейший лайк и уважение всем этим ребятам! У меня друзья и руки и ноги и голова есть уже тридцатник всем скоро , а в воду по груди заходят направились и вышли.
Ev'ry time I feel unfit or not able or depressed, or falling pity me, I should watch those guys, Just to die in my shame. Thank you so much brothers, for tour courage and for tour teaching.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
"Preachy Cream" I could not do it but eels can swim without fins. People without arms can learn to swim but here the extra thing is that they can swim faster than a lot of people who have arms .
It seems quite an unfair race; some with severe limitations going up against some with minimal limitations. Basically, the ones with the least limitation(s) win. Kudos to the likes of Tronco for their determination and efforts. As usual, the Paralympics organisation chose to overlook the unfair set-up.
@fizu zufi Yes, I was thinking that, too. I mean it's a big difference to have two strong arms and one leg, or to have no arms and only one leg. It's not equal in chances.
Like i said in other comment, ut doesnt really matter. The world champion for like three times in a row and world record setter of backstrokes in the paraolympics had only one leg, however he competed against people with both legs and/or with arms.
It's insane to me how the rich and influential take their lives for granted to take advantage of people like this, yet these people show so much heart and fierce determination through their adversities.
I can't swim and I'm alittle afraid of the water. I have the use of all of my limbs, but I'm too afraid to learn. These men are so brave and determined. I bet people laugh at them all the time, but they still persevere.

They are simply amazing, their strength and abilities never cease to amaze me! They are all hero's in my eyes! Amazing man! So incredibly inspiring!
When the gun fired, there was one quadriplegic that cried for a lengthy period of time and shouted numerous times for the referee. More so than the others. He still lectures on patience, being charitable and a good person. A shining day will come soon for winners like you. Pass on the message.
We need to support paralympics more. These people deserve far more recognition than what we already give them. These people should be heard more than any other group of community.
