The Rio 2016 Paralympic Games were held from 7-18 September 2016. Athletes from more than 160 countries competed in 528 medal events in 22 different sports.

well they can hear the ball (it has like a shaker inside) so they know what the ball sounds like hitting the net vs the wall vs the post etc. and there is an assistant (guy with the vest behind the goal) who is giving them vocal feedback. So they do know what is happening

people may feel we are taking a countrys side, we have to tell nationality to verify
I still don't think it's possible. The accuracy at the goals and knowing where your team is so precisely and picking the passes so accurately, this is something I thought u can't train for.

@@vameme4390 Sir, they use guides in respective halfs. Also the footsol ball has a bell inside. There are also foul rules which were not shown in the video

@@MrShankhadas The rules of the game only say that the goalkeeper needs to be sighted. I think that there isn't any problem if the goalkeeper isn't disabled at all.
@@andreyespinoza2370 you're right, the keeper can have no disabilities or have some minor issues. Anything worse than that and they'd be in trouble. It's impressive how difficult it appears for the non-disabled keepers.

I didn't know this even existed until today. Its better than most sighted football games I've watched.
This is a great lesson for those people who want their dream but are too lazy to do it. These people are blind, they're doing something that they love, and it's football none the less! It's incredible. It just shows that no matter what obstacles life throws at you, with enough motivation and perseverance, you can overcome it and do what you want in life.

It is actually 6-a-side. The sixth man might be the most important but get's almost no recognition. It's the guy behind the goal making sure their team makes it towards the goal and tells them when to shoot.
