Yes, it is in fact called Tug of War. Not many maps exist for that gamemode because it's kinda weird, mappers can't make a HUD for it, and players usually get stuck in the cart because things are weird.
You know, this brings an idea if there was a new game mode where you could steal the kart and make it go back to the other team's side, like if you force the kart to neutral, you cap it and it turns to red, where you push it to the other team's side, like a mix of King of the Hill and Payload.
That would require either a shorter track or a longer time limit. Someone should make it happen.

I remember their being a map that had this, its somewhere, but I forgot it.
