+1 on Marty's vocals. I normally appreciate rock more, but I love these guys. So much talent. Im actually blown away with how good they sound live 30 years later. I need to see these guys.
Finally get to see DIAMOND RIO perform live at GoldenSky festival after listening to these guys for years! See y’all in Sacramento! Counting the days now just a couple more weeks!
I am always impressed by just how good Diamond Rio sounds live. And I'm not just talking about vocals. They have every single aspect of the sound dialed in at live shows, either in big venues or small. I have seen so many bands or performers over the years that sound terrible live because of poor audio engineering. Diamond Rio is one of the very few groups I've NEVER seen have an off show. They bring their A game every single time. As a music fan I appreciate that kind of attention to detail.
Absolutely love Diamond Rio and have for decades! Great players, the vocals and harmonies are spot on. Great songs and great people! Saw them in Fort Walton Beach Florida at least a decade ago and would gladly go to see them again. A TRUE class act.
Pulled the strap down and nothing happens lol. Ive been on a bit of a "bender" myself exploring that little device. From rio to paisley to the eagles to the byrds. What a cool concept. Tuth your telecaster into a steel for just a second then back into a telecaster.
Now you have one of the better tele players Jimmy O on that stage with the iconic tele double bender “ mother maybelle” & this whole video doesn’t show him ripping it not even one time !!! Definitely a great band & Jimmy O one of my favorite players!!
Summer of 1991..A fairgrounds somewhere southwest of Cleveland I saw Toby Keith open up for Diamond Rio when he was just starting out. Not knowing how big he would be. Diamond Rio was bigger then. I miss those days! I miss this music. Country music is garbage today!
Just the Canon 77D built-in mics. No outboard mics, no separate recording gear. This was all just handheld , near-back-row video with higher-end consumer photo gear that also happens to do video.
What a great band - and they still got it! Marty Roe is hands down one of the best country male vocalists walking the earth today.
and they never used session musicians on their albums, with the exception of orhchestra, unlike most all other country acts

Outstanding front house mix whoever the sound guy was. Diamond Rio has some outstanding harmony.
Amazing harmony, always been one of my favorites!
Best country band ever!
I can't believe how old I am from when I first saw this GREAT band!
Dang, that drum kit is on point. Nice job FOH mixer.
Ryan Gill said it all - "what a great band". I was there when they started.
Just saw these guys 3days ago (Aug 10, 2021) AWESOME!! They still have it!!!🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
What a great band. They still sound terrific.
Geez they still sound great. After all these years. 😊
Jimmy O's keychain separated from the 'B' Bender lever at 5:58. Awesome job of completing the Bender riff with only the 'G' Bender!

This is some of the best sounding live video I've ever heard. What did you record it with?
Holy Crap!
