    I've been watching you Esquire videos and decided to build a late 50s Esquire. I cut my body today and going to spray soon. Trying to nail that "halo" or light burst of lighter blonde that these tele and mary Kay's had. Thanks for the inspiration, Nik!

    Bro, just got my tele back from my luthier. Refret, Bigsby added, and re radiused fretboard to match my strat. From the Chi but drinking in madrid playing on my Tommy C SR at 520 am right now 👍🏼. Your vids always inspire me to pick up any guitar

    Great video, love seeing these vintage guitars all apart. I'm no Vintage Fender pro but that style of bridge didn't require a grounding wire. That's why the plate is on the bottom of the bridge pickup, it ground's through the bridge pickup screws. The indent you pointed at is an indent from the E string cause that's the string through hole. Keep us posted on refin!

    I've got an MM 60 Ann Tele that is identical except for two pups and I was so pleasantly surprised at how nice it is A bit heavy tho but not bad So am going to upgrade the tronics w old nos or repro stuff Everyone has to have one good Tele Such cool guitars Good stuff my man 😎

    Hey Nik! How come your bridge plate doesn't have numbers on it like the ones in the book you were checking out? I have no clue, just curious. Thanks for posting

      By this time in the white guard era, The serial numbers were on the Neck plate as shown! Thanks for your interest in the video!

    No ground needed in tele. It's grounded through pickuo plate.

    Just make it vantage. Not that over relicing crap. Worn in but not bet to death.
