Beautiful. When you did the heel of the ballet shoe, you did a squiggle of outline icing before you flooded that section. Why? Thanks!

She does that to avoid the sunken center. This is NOT the correct way of doing it. Just make your flood consistency icing just a bit thicker.

Hi Donna, It's my attempt to prevent craters in the icing as it dries. Turns out, it didn't help. It's an issue we all face at some point. I find now that it's getting warmer it has become more of a pain. I've been trying a couple other techniques. I will share if/when I crack this code. Thank you so much for watching!

Please tell me what you draw that fine outline with. I too have a projector and love it! Beautiful work!

Hello, Which outline do you mean? An icing outline? or how I drew on the cookie? Let me know and I'll happily give you the information. Thank you for watching!

TheCoolCookieShow the outline on the ballet slipper. Is it a marker? Such a perfect and fine line. Do you favor a brand? What projector do you own?

Elise Williams it was a while ago but it was either a Wilton 104 or 102. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
