Hello Sri Ryan, i have just dug up this video today. I am searching about Saturn Majadasa which I am about to finish in 2022. My heart leaped in joy when you mentioned that the universe exists with an intelligent design.
And you said: "the trouble comes when we want that Intelligence to follow our own rules".
Humanity has to record and learn the obstacles in life to reach that pinnacle of Divine Consciousness.
I have mooltrikona Saturn in the 8th house of D1, and exalted in D9.

The main theme for me during my Saturn Mahadasha was lot of obstacles and effort with very little rewarding as if you think your self (cursed ) but at the end you will find yourself much more wiser !
And I will add too that in mercury Antar Dasha for about 2 years I had very positive experiences like it was a break from the difficulties .

Saturn mahadasha - surrender in awareness.
I've been in a Saturn mahadasha for the last 16 years. I can't belive I am still alive! I've libra ascendant and gemini moon. Saturn is in the 3rd house in sagittarius (purva ashadha) opposite to the moon who is placed in the 9th house in gemini (punarvasu). Rahu is in conjunction with Mercury in the 5th house. Venus is also in the 5th house but out of the Rahu/Mercury conjunction. Recently, I discovered that Saturn is related to the 8th house of my D30 chart, the divisional chart that shows the sins of past lifes.
I have Saturn exalted in the 4th, but it is conjunct ketu. Ryan would this mean my Saturn is not as powerful being associated with malefic?
I'm truly astonished... I've been casually learning astrology for the last 2 years and benefited a lot from your videos but this particular video really made a lot of dots connect for me. I'm a fairly religious Muslim and also a very smart, educated and curious (too much) person and since I can remember I've always been trying to understand this whole universe and my place & duty in it.
Before this, your videos have helped me understand my own psyche and negative and positive potentials much better and I actually used them in therapy secession to move faster towards my issues. But with this video I started to see your approach very congruent not only with my philosophy and approach to life but also with my religion Islam, and things I've struggled understanding for quite some time. It's like seeing from birds perspective instead of being on top of a building! Thank you. I wish you happiness, joy, and freedom.
Sara Razeghi I forgot to mention that I was in my Saturn dasha since I was born up untill I was 20 years old and my saturn is in 10th house in Sag and is aspecting mars and moon which are also in angles. It was very lonely and hard, but productive... That could be one of the reasons I can relate to Saturn very well.

Saturn in 10th house in Sag= you're a Pisces Ascendant, Saturn as the lord of your 11th and 12th houses is in your 10th house, I could guess that your gains and losses, your career, etc. might involve working with very authoritative and law abiding figures...any chance you're studying to be a lawyer? haha

Sara Razeghi how would Jupiter in the 2nd show your career as a professor? Only reason I can think of is 2nd house rules speech.

In this world we all partake of suffering, illness, guilt, death. Our task is to recognize these aspects of reality, lose our insistence on judging and resisting them, and accept them as best we can. In this way we can welcome Saturn instead of berating him as a mortal foe. After all there would be no joy, light-heartedness and fun without him !

So do we use the dasha time period of the d1 for all the divisional charts, or do we look at each chart's time period? So if Saturn mahadasha is going on in the D1, do we just assume all divisional charts saturns are activated, or do we look at the D9 chart let's say and see what mahadasha is going on for that chart or any other chart?
That's right... if you're in Mercury dasha, then I pay extra attention to Mercury in all charts.

What will be my responsibility when my Saturn Maha Dasa will run ?
In my vedic chart I have Saturn(conjunct Mars) in 5th house Virgo.
And Saturn(with Sun) in Cancer 6th house D9 chart.
***** Sounds like the responsibility will be to paying off one's debts (financial, karmic etc.,) and learning to be of service in your daily work and every day life.

Debts of my own family
I have to the take the full responsibility of my family(financially mainly) ASAP.
Not to mention service also.
Till now I have failed to secure a simple job even after lot of struggling.
Nothing but cos of my own bad luck(bad time).
i have saturn in 6th house with mars my asst lord so there is always push a pull in my life i am disabled from birth i no what i have to do in my life i still help homeless people and people worst off then me

Authority figures and related to ppl in work environment especially women have been very difficult n painful....Venus in 4th house conjunct Uranus in Scorpio....women lie/manipulative at work I'm exhausted....have been in saturn period since 2008
