      Wild yeast yaa home made yeast ko kitna din Tak store kar ke raksakte hai, qu ki mame sugar level Kam hone se yeast Kam nhi karta.. or fermention ke bad toh yeat death ho jate hai na mame..

      pahale namak ke paanee mein papeeta ko aadha ghanta bhigo ke rakhe. usake baad use achchhee tarah se dhokhe phir istemaal keejiega.

      पैक्टिक एंज़ाइम सिर्फ़ आनर के छिलके में ही पाए जाती है इसलिए आनर का छिलके से ही पसिफ़िक एंजाइम बनता है उसके इलावा बाक़ी सभी फलों में पसिफ़िक इनसाइड होता है लेकिन प्रॉब्लम है कि उसके छिलके के ऊपर वाइल्ड यीस्ट होता है जो हमारे वाइन को ज़दा एसिडिक कर देता है
      अगर आप के पास आनर का छिलका नहीं है तो मत यूज़ करे
