I reckon that was my fave too, I'm having fun creating with Basic Shapes at the moment, I think it came from when I was creating the class for the next Card Summit which starts soon, where I used 'shapes only' to make 2 cards, and I have so many more ideas!

I've been playing with basic shape dies a lot lately, it's amazing what you can make!
So so many cute cards!! Those colors are so beautiful! I love the double die cut look a whole bunch! But, the did it window is my favorite for sure! So cute!

Is it silly to say that watching you make your cards gives me great joy and inspiration! I loved the little girl sitting on the HELLO. Love your idea of cutting bigger than you need and then trimming because it IS really annoying to cut something too short. Hope you're having fun camping.

Every card gave me plans for makes. I love the life saver animals, bear and rabbit and the fishhook which all read as critters to me. My favourite is the big hello and the darling little girl with her huge watermelon slice. I know I'm meant to be checking out the sentiments and I love the tone on tone. Still; that wee girl won my heart. I hope I can obtain that set. ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Yes, I agree it's easy to get distracted by cuteness and she is adorable, the whole set is. It's still available from Penny Black Inc. ( I think I linked to it), it's called Yummy and there are 3 little kids sitting on the bench, I just used the girl today. That large hello die was great! Another thing I recently tried was using washi tape on word dies. Put it on the paper then die cut and it presses that right together beautifully! I need to do that a lot more and use all that tape I bought!
I agree, though, I could make 1000 washi tape cards and possibly still have some to spare 😉

A card favorite, hard to say, love them all but you know how i am about your critter cards😉and the tittle balancing on the bunny's nose is just too cute and the seagull card...the buoy is very impressive. Over the top again Therese. Love your colour choices. I have to tell myself I can’t use turquoises and teals or pinks. I seem to reach for them far too often but that’s because I love them. I love these cards and I don’t like cut stripes of cardstock but you do it so well. You are just amazing.

I have a lot of quilling paper strips I need to use up. I am going to use them and pre cut lots or lots of sentiments. ❤❤

@@lostinpaper I donated over 20 kilo of quilling paper to a school. I must have 10 kilo or more left of the better quality paper. I can’t do it anymore since a stroke knocked part of my right hand and arm out of commission. I am still Figuring out how best to use my brushes etc to paint. Getting there though. 😅
