regarding food- all creatures, even plants, are in a biological bind to eat each other to live. we all know this to be true and there is no going around that. to be ethical about food , whether its plant or animal, is to reverence it. give thanks and honor food by not wasting it by throwing leftovers or by ultra processing it, or letting it expire. eat only what you can really eat and not what you think you can eat. also, avoid the show of wealth by wasting good food. nobody is impressed by that and remember, if food is scarce, you cant eat your money. food wastefulness must be frowned upon by society. we must re-learn how to be grateful for food.

Your suggestions are great at helping someone gain understanding and control and to help create a non emotional conversation to come to a balanced outcome and find the basic desires. It is important to maintain an emotional balance, but are these not some tactics a Narcissis would use to control someone responces? Seems like to me it's about balancing emotions and keeping control of our own desire and outcomes and to not blame the other for manipulating the other but reaching for their desired outcome and standing grounds on ways that oneself is not interested in adjusting for another. If one bends ones will for another it is the falt of the self, is it not? Coming to a balanced agreement and understanding is usually direction people are working on getting to. Don't we all have to learn what our positions and desires are and how to express them without blaming the other that they are controlling. One who allows the other to control is not always innocent and often blame the other for not being able to stand their ground on their own desires. It's not the falt of the other that is stronger at expressing their needs or desires. It's about the other standing strong in what their wants are. It's not about making one person the narcissist. It would make sense that there is a point on the ecliptic that marks the starting point of the 12,30 degree divisions. I would suggest that the star Regulus which once sat exactly on the ecliptic is a good candidate. The beginning and ends of the ages would then correspond with the ecliptic longitude of Regulus in multiples of 30 degrees. This happened in 2012 when Regulus reached 150 degrees of ecliptic longitude.

Your suggestions are great at helping someone gain understanding and control and to help create a non emotional conversation to come to a balanced outcome and find the basic desires. It is important to maintain an emotional balance, but are these not some tactics a Narcissis would use to control someone responces? Seems like to me it's about balancing emotions and keeping control of our own desire and outcomes and to not blame the other for manipulating the other but reaching for their desired outcome and standing grounds on ways that oneself is not interested in adjusting for another. If one bends ones will for another it is the falt of the self, is it not? Coming to a balanced agreement and understanding is usually direction people are working on getting to. Don't we all have to learn what our positions and desires are and how to express them without blaming the other that they are controlling. One who allows the other to control is not always innocent and often blame the other for not being able to stand their ground on their own desires. It's not the falt of the other that is stronger at expressing their needs or desires. It's about the other standing strong in what their wants are. It's not about making one person the narcissist. It's about taking ownership for one's own needs and wants and respecting and having allowance for the others.
