  • We give 3 essential exercises for our cyclist and triathlete clients to help them with knee and hp stability, especially ones who are transitioning into running. the Gluteus medius doesn't get a massive workout on the bike as you are weight-bearing mostly on the seat. Training the glutes medius separately can be a game changer for these clients for solving issues down the chain as well as injury prevention.
