- Here is one of my most favorite DIY’s of all time! Many people don’t know this, but I have battled with severe acne and skin issues in my late teens & early twenties, which made me go looking for solutions. One of the most important things I’ve learnt is that as much as the products you put on your skin matter, the biggest impact is made by what you put in your body. I speak about this in detail in all my Masterclasses and so many of my students have changed their skin completely by adopting these protocols. In this video I have shared the amazing effects of Karela juice on your skin and overall beauty.
As always though always check with your physicians before including anything in your diet. And always do a patch test with the diys before applying to your entire face.

After watching your video, I started consuming the entire glass on an empty stomach and encouraged my parents too, but whenever I drink it my stomach badly gets upset 🥺 Just wanna know if it's safe to continue drinking it twice a week even if the stomach gets upset.
1karela 1cucumber 1green Apple and 1 small piece luki( whitepumkin) mix juice lay k dekho it is very good and healthy stomach ka issue bhi nahi hoga because we are adding whitepumkin which is excellent for all stomach issues cucumber add karne se karela ki bitterness kuch kum hogi and also green apple gives light sweetness makes taste yummy... I’ve started with some serums ones gaining a lot of hype recently such as those which reduce oiliness of skin and some which are chemical cleansers.

Natasha I really wanted to request u that whenever u share any remedy of yours u better share its disadvantages as well this karela juice may b beneficial but taking high amount of this juice is dangerous I took about 2 sips daily n it’s my third day that m taking this juice n I have a bad nausea stomachache diarrhea every body is different plz b v careful with sharing anything unless n until u have a full knowledge about it u didn’t even mentioned the quantity n I was about to take a full glass my mother stopped me to do so.suffering bad days just coz of this half knowledge
Hey! I can feel you.. you can add any other fruit like these 🍓🍑 🥭 🥕 beetroot in it and add little bit of karela or try alternatives ... Maybe you have some kind of sensitivity or allergy due to this... Take good care of yourself
