A guided tour of his mind. He makes his own beats. All instrumentation, arrangements, and mixing done by him. Had it mastered, the only thing he didn't do on this track. He is insanely talented.

His lyrical use of double entendres is amazing, "’I'm heavy, I’m Mercury, I am Freddy,..." Mercury being a HEAVY metal, Freddy Mercury....😵💫 C'MON! Even the title is a double entendre - "Illest of our Time". He's firing warning shots in this one and making sure everyone takes notice. Nice to see him showing some attitude and confidence, being a little braggadocious. I Love it.
He did a live stream right after the video dropped yesterday (on Twitch), and to see his genuine, emotional reaction to how many reaction channels had already posted videos within an hour of the songs release, was truly heartwarming. This young man deserves every bit of love , support, and success he's finally getting. I couldn't be happier for him, especially for someone so talented, so driven, and without question, someone who has been forged through fire. Love this kid! Fan for life.
That one may have been a triple entendre - Mercury is also the Roman god of eloquence, messages, communication, travelers, commerce, etc... And something I didn't know, Mercury was also, according to Julius Caesar, the most popular god in Britain and Gaul, and regarded as the inventor of the arts.

Yep, we're used to Ren going nuts with his beats. The Hunger, Genesis, Power... this one is different from all of them but we've seen Ren without the acoustic guitar quite regularly.
This was an incredible song from an incredible artist. You should check out his song’Bittersweet Symphony and Power.
Taken directly from the About section on Ren’s website, which reads like a medical report: “Often complains about visual and auditory hallucinations involving figures in animal masks, which seem to have an Orwellian origin due to his affinity for dystopian literature.”

All his demos from 7 years ago are fantastic too, tracks like Dominoes - well worth going into the back catalogue to see just how diverse his music is.

Try 'life is funny' amazing speed bars will open your ears again not covered as much and can't figure out why it will lift you up. And yes produces, writes, creates the beats directs and conceives his own videos with his mate sam. Basically does everything no music company no production company.

Losing it Fisher rap retake or The Hunger are great rap tracks!
He posted a couple days ago that this track took him out of his comfort zone. Tracks like Power, The Hunger and Money Game hit pretty hard but this is the first track I've heard from him where he's kinda crap talking. I swear this dude could battle rap or sing a sad ballad and everything in between. If you haven't seen the tales of Jenny, Screech and Violet, do it. There all solo performances but there's a video that has all 3 in 1. It's one of the greatest live performances you'll ever see.
