I like runnin a medium hard rear spring with 60 weight oil on rear and a straight medium stiffness spring on front with 45 weight oil seems to be a really good shock setup/oil combo for the revo there Razor brotha
The E-Revo 2.0 is a good truck. Just do those few durability upgrades that we have to do to all of our vehicles. I did a few to mine, and it is a lot stronger now. You did some pretty flips and jumps. Nice video.
I’ve put 80 mm limiting straps in the rear on my erevo 2.0. Never broken a rod end. Never pulled a shock rod out either. If you don’t mind me asking what’s so bad about rpm arms?
All the rocker options for the E revo all have 90mm of travel, only the long travel rockers of the Summit have an additional 30mm of upward travel giving it that insane spider-like articulation, I agree with the level 3 progressive rate ones, but shouldn't you change that for all four corners (it is what is recommended in the manual anyways). If you want to reduce body roll in the rear, you could have also just moved the pushrod lower eyelet to the outermost hole on the a-arm, you'd absorb less impact shock, but get more roll resistance.
If u really want to make the erevo 2.0 handle like a Kraton The bulkheads front and back have two hole for the upper arm, if moving them to the the low position it would give more traction to the opposite side !! If u do it on both front and back it will nvr roll over !! I’m posting a video about it soon
Do you think the Tekno ET 48.2 would be a good buy? Could you do a budget build for your channel maybe? Your really good at tuning and truggies and I really want one of those Teknos but it’s right on the edge of too expensive for my budget atleast…
Fun times, good air! I have a pump track near me and for bashing, I think the X-Maxx is a better fit. The performance and tuneability of the ERevo though?! Curious to know if you made all those changes at once, seems pretty drastic?
It's hard to get a revo to land big jumps without sounding like a brick dropping on the highway. The suspension is nice for undulations on the ground, but not great for big air, the chassis sucks up all the impact. Even with blue/purple 80wt, still lands like a brick and bounces up off the ground on big jumps... with the added bonus of snapping rocker posts off. I don't drive mine hardly at all anymore.
Like i said bro put the rpm true track kit on the rear then no more rear toe rods or steering knuckles on rear and get rpm long rod ends for the front that's all you will need. 👍
Hard to find the longer pillow balls these days to make the truetrack work. I have it on mine, so I don't have the tie rods breaking every time out anymore.
@@RazorRC hi, we received directly from HPI for testing it and we are honored for this opportunity. I hope you'll can find it on your local store after the mid november! 🙂👍
Very cool run! You were getting nice air with those single and double backflips. Even a front. Held up well.
thanks! this truck is pretty fun!
Love the Show!!

I was impressed with the double front flip 👏

I’m in need of a better set of wheels for bashing. Any recommendations?
Hello.. If one RC what you will choose..E-Revo 2.0 or Hoss or Kraton 6s? Please answer
Kraton
Kraton 6s, it’s a truggy chassis endless mods. Get the hoss for your kids to rip. E-Revo Hop up shelf queen!
Kraton 6s by far is the superior rc
For me, I'm not sure. The Kraton is definitely more durable, the E-Revo has more power and drives better out of the box.

I'm sure it's a good truck. Would like one someday, not sure if it will happen.

I made the changes over a few days, but didn't record the other sessions. Still have some work to do!

for sure
If you still have the Tekno MT410 you should do a comparison video.
Well, the MT410 is a short wheelbase stunt truck. The E-Revo is a long wheelbase truggy. If I get an ET48 2.0, I'll compare it to the E-Revo.
@@RazorRC I don't have an ET48 2.0 though lol
I put the v2 transmission in my v1 e revo and I have broken a rear differential
You might need the V2 differentials if they fit as they are beefed up from V1 as well
I'll watch the video

the rear toe links are kinda dumb, but I really hate RPM arms, so I'm going to make it work.

😀 fun!
thanks for checking out the video! Now I just need to get a Savage X to compare it to, know anyone who has one? 😄

Great run and remember if you’re not breaking parts you’re not having fun.
Traxxas tough.
💥🎯
It's hard to drive hard when traction is low and the suspension is not tuned. I guess you have to try to break your rc to not be a wuss lol
