- Blade Chimera is coming to Nintendo Switch spring 2024! Wishlist today: www.nintendo.com/us/store/pro...
In the year 20XX, cities were suddenly flooded with demons in the form of monsters and spirits that suddenly appeared in the city, sparking an all-out Demon War.
Even now, more than 30 years later, demons still roam the streets and harm humans wherever they go.
In this exploration-heavy 2D action game, use your demon sword to interfere with the past, create platforms, and shield yourself from danger to explore a dystopian cyberpunk world depicted in gorgeously animated pixel art.

Cyberpunk: Symphony of the Night
Which is an awesome concept.
Literally
No doubt
Sold.
Everything is everything nowadays but, that’s not a bad thing.
love how you can immediately tell who made this game. looking forward to it
Lodoss War?
@@GamemaniacosDeAyeryHoyyea, same devs
@@lunarcowboy Ah, that´s what it reminded me of, cool. Those guys are killing it with 2D sprites games!
@@GamemaniacosDeAyeryHoy fr. Their artsyle is so detailed but very distinct too
@@GamemaniacosDeAyeryHoy No way! That game was great.
It’s like castlevania but cyberpunk, what a badass concept. I’ll definitely be looking into this one but it looks cool and very fun
Easily my favorite reveal from the event!! Looks so sick and I’m not even a Metroidvania guy
The animations and interaction with the environment look soooo well done!
Oh, it's from the dev who made Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth. This is gonna be amazing, I love Deedlit, a really good metroidvania.
They also made "Touhou Luna Nights" wich is also a great metroidvania (personaly i prefer this one rather than Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth) if you are interested
Yeah, I finished Touhou Luna Nights, it's a good game too.@@danibros3013
The Touhou Luna Nights game was hype, this looks amazing!
Whelp, gotta check that out now.
I love Team Ladybug games. I'm excited for this one!
Samus, but with SWORDS, you say?
I'LL BUY YOUR ENTIRE STOCK
Team Ladybug is awesome! Their spritework and animation is so smooth. Can't wait!!
definitly my highlight of the Indie World Direct, next to A Highland Song!
One of the few games I am looking forward to from the indie direct.
This actually looks fun. 🤟
Ikr
It looks fascinating already
i love touhou luna nights!!
It’s like Green Lantern Castlevania but a ghost sword instead of a magic ring.
Fun fact: Blade Chimera was developed by Team Ladybug, the people who made Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth: Record of the Lodoss War and Touhou Luna Nights, I'm getting that game next year
Fresh af. Looking forward to this one.
Looks good, can't wait to play it.
This game actually grabbed my attention. I might consider checking it out.
I must get that game when it comes out
Viciado em metroidvania eu preciso desse jogo 🎉🎉🎉
Ok, this looks super cool
any physical release?
Looks fabulous 🎉
The best of all in indie games November 14 !!
Highlight of the showcase for me this one
Best game in the direct.
Amazing animation, and I love the concept!
Ok, wasn't expecting this. This actually looks pretty f'in cool.
Of course this looks amazing, it's from developer Ladybug! They did Drainus, Touhou Luna Nights, and Deedlit in Wonder Labrynth.
And pharaoh rebirth
the big bird at the end is the exact same boss as in Deedlit in Wonder... but it was a red dragon.
Wait oh my god this is the team behind Touhou Luna Nights (aka "while I'm sick of all the EoSD-spotlight-hogging this game is REALLY fun")
I'm hoping this is good, because wow
Pepsi...Canada Dry...Sprite...Dr Pepper...
Can you move with the D-Pad?
I hate using the analog stick for sidescrollers, and that aiming has me worried.
Mostly all metroidvania I played can be played with dpad(ps5 player here) examples:hollow knight, blasphemous, ori. This game will be the same
i can't wait...
Touhou Luna nights is one of my favorite 2D platformers of all time, so I’m definitely getting this
Looks pretty cool
Please make a physical version!
The alternate title is
Shanka-lanka-do
This game looks like if symphony of the night was good
You really just said that
lookis like SOTN Cyberpunk Edition
@@punchitstudiosinc.1246 I've finished 40 different games this year and SotN was easily not the worst game among those (that honor would have to go to dawn of sorrow (like the movement and swordfighting were the most fun parts of SotN why would you make them ten times worse) and Wario Land 3) but it felt like it was trying to waste my time a lot (like Wario Land 3). I can see how it influenced quite a lot of modern games, and why so many people enjoy it, kind of in the same vein as Mario 64, but much like SM64 it just kinda sucked to play sometimes (though was still enjoyable at other times). Still not as bad as Wario Land 3 though at least
Cool!
Looks rad
*wishlisted*
"Cyberpunk Symphony of the Night" is an auto buy for me.
It is Deedlith in Wonder Labyrinth all over again.
the green sword reminds me of that one nitrome game. If ykyk
Looks so good. Drainus was excellent.
Looks very cool
Looks interesting.
Something to actually rival Blasphemous 2 and The Last Faith.
Thought this was Alphen's dad for a second (Tales of Arise)
*It’s beginning to look a lot like Lodoss…* 🎶
❤
Link to wishlist isn't working for me at the time of writing this, let's get it working so i can support please.
It is from Team Ladybug, so surely it will be awesome, will definitely buy it
O dragão é igual ao do Wonder Labyrinth
Wonder Labyrinth future version ?!!
I'm excited 🤩👌
to 🇨🇵 🫡
How much is this ?
Amor a primera vista 😍
Looks better and done with more love than most Triple A garbage that requires a 25+ gig day one patch.
Reminds me of Record of Lodoss Deedlit and the Labyrinth or something like that
You mean Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth: Record of the Lodoss War?
@@acemeister1624 Yep
Same devs
Какой интерфейс знакомый. От авторовТохо Луна Найт и Лодос значит. Надо завишлистить определенно.
A espada é tipo o anel do lanterna verde… Rs.
I actually slammed my desk once i heard console exclusive, i need this game
Se supone que ya tuvo que haber salido..... 😢
How much is this game ?
From the same guys who made Shin Megami Tensei Synchronicity, looks like its the same engine
I’d love to play it for free
Probably one of the few good games in this indie presentation good job team 👍🏻
If Metroid and Symphony of the Night have a baby....this is exactly what the baby will look like..........and I love it.
If the dev's previous games (Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth and Touhou Luna Nights) are to go off of, this game is going to be an incredibly polished, fun, and short metroidvania.
Looking forward to it!
Another typical Team Ladybug win. You know it's gonna be good.
Team Ladybug hype.
Gimme a STEAM PAGE man I gotta send people to something other than this video >:D
I thought it looked like a LADYBUG, but it was still a LADYBUG.
Is this rogue lite or just castlevania like game? I prefer castlevania like than rogue lite tbh.
Looks like metroidvania(which is like castlevania)
It's literally Reskin Record of Lodoss War-Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth. The developers didn't try to do anything new. The dragon is the same, the animations and gameplay mechanics are identical.
a
This game looks fantastic. But those sound effects when the bosses charged their attack…oof. Very off putting for an otherwise amazing game.
No matter what interesting gimmick they come up with for a character, they ALWAYS ruin it by making the MC a human-sue. Shame, because the bosses look cool, but the MC ruins it for me.
That doesn’t make any sense
@@punchitstudiosinc.1246 Basically, human-sue means everything is evil and disposable except humans, which are the ONLY good creature.
Ugly character design. Won't buy.
Why do most indies gotta be hack-and-slash Metroidvanias or heavy pixel art games??? Geez. It's like I've been watching the same 3 games all over these years. Tried and true formulas are too overused.
What's wrong with indies, you hater?
I want to play this game!!
