I installed this power commander on my Raptor Sunday & I'm losing spark. Only way to get my Raptor to start back up is to un hook the box 😑

In my country in uae they said if you put power commander 5 on your yamaha raptor 700r then you have to take everything from the quad like/stock exhaust remove.stock tires remove.stock filter remove/ put instead/barkers dual exhaust. 4-snow tires. filter K N do I have to do that or they're lying it will not damage the power commander 5 what do you say

hey guys!! I just got my raptor as second hand and I want to buy duals exhaust is it necessarily to buy fuel controller or it would depend on the brand of the exhaust?

I've been away from the atv game for a while, what are the main differences from the PC5 and the PC3? Is the PC3 still being sold? Thanks

Jay Rock Per the Manual 220lbs. I'm just going to say I'm a wee bit over that limit :)

Jay Rock I think they come up with the numbers to cover their butts. First of all we're not likely to be 20' in the air on these quads.. But I will say if you do try that you are going to blow the shocks! I've been riding my 15 700R SE pretty hard and I've had no issues. If there would be any issue it might be bottoming out which I haven't had happen and I've not even adjusted the pre-load on the coil overs to "hard" they are where ever the dealer set them.

brett248vista So I Should Purchase Stronger Shocks?

Jay Rock You could! There is a guy on the Raptor Forums goes by the handle Jogaca he re-works the factory shocks and can spring them for any rider weight. He can do multi stage progressive springs etc.. Looks like he does great work! If I had any issues I will have him do the shocks on mine but so far so good.
Do a google image search for "Jogaca" and you will see his shock work.

OK cool yer I have the fmf header with mega bomb coming on the 28th of July and the pc5 so should be a perfect fit thn with no leaks but it stalls with a little bit of gas think it's because it backfiring with no revs so it stalls not really shore but it the only mod I have done to date sounds really gd but the back fire is annoying and don't won't the problem that come with it, thanks for the reply.
