this show is just very well thought. Every word ever said and every act ever committed by any of the characters has a meaning. Sometimes we the viewers wonder “what did he/she just said? why did he/she behaved like this” but the more we progress the more we realise that truth and purpose are being revealed. At the end there will be no loose threads no question unanswered no action incomprehensible. This, ladies and gents, is what I call a true masterpiece of a show.

After drinking Armand’s blood (it seems from the preview), Louis is alive and is like a vampire scorn knows no fiery. He gets out of that coffin to go collect numbers or in this case vampires for what they did to Claudia (Madeleine). 😮
Aemand never save Louise was lastat who saved Louis Armand wanted Louis to died with Claudia infact he was the one that directed the trial that Amand was a big disappointment
I hope in the next season or in this whole series they bring in the vampire Marius who turned Armand . In the books Marius was turned in Ancient Rome .
I love how the writers do the wash, rinse repeat from the scenes from season one and redo them,of course , showing a different scenario as we see in season two. Again, such as, Louie dragging Claudia vs Lestat dragging Louie. The truest form of “ the art of recollection”.
So how much is Louis telling the truth here? Is Lestat gonna get interviewed and tell the real story? I wonder how much Louis lied the entire time of this interview?

In the books, Louis is far weaker than in the show. In the books, it's 19th century Paris and Louis uses torches to burn the theater down. That's all I'm gonna say about it :)

According to the produer Rolin Jones, the focus would be Lestat/Sam Reid in the 3erd Season because that's the next book: The Vampire Lestat, but that doesn't mean the other characters won't be present. Personally I definitely want to see more Loustat like far more than this season give us, but will see, first they need to green light the 3erd Season.
It seems that way, in the books Armand has Lestat in some dungeon while he starve him and make him go mad, so he can manipulate him in the trial, don't know how the show is gonna do it, will see.

No he won't touch lestat he is the reason Louis made it alive from the trial Armand set everything up including sharing their location he wanted Louis to die with Claudia, when Louis later found out he sends Armand away and went after lestat to apologise and thank him for the gift of immortality they cry embrace eachother and forgive eachother
I love this show and maybe it's closer to the source material but Claudia's death didn't hit like it did in the movie. Also, I love in the movie he sheds a tear when retelling it and says "they can only cry once or twice in their lifetime", but in the show he's already cried numerous times so it didn't have that emotional attachment (to me) that the movie had
In episode 7, I became convinced that Lestat is an excellent manipulator and knows how to twist the truth. But at the same time, in the last 15 minutes you can see HOW bad he feels about this whole situation. And Louis should generally be better off living like this for 20 years without guys, because some shit happens in relationships, and when he’s alone he’s much calmer.
