    I lived a short distance from Dave Bickler growing up and have known him for over forty years. Good guy.

    Wow, what a voice! Live performance, no autotuning, no pitch correction, just real music. Like I said before, Dave Bickler is truly an amazing singer!

      I agree. Autotuning has killed off the art of music. Some official channels of big artists are now autotuning old live performances of singers from the 70s and posting them here on RUclips like the Queen official channel. Truly shocking what they've did to Freddie 1974 live performance. You can hear the autotuning and some of its artefacts if you pay close attention. 😱

      He sings it so much better and heavier than Jimi Jameson. 💖💖👍 Dave rocks the block.🎶🎶🎵🎵🎤🎤🎤 Jimi was way too glam.

    The song is great though on the heavy rock side, but i think Mr Bickler blew my windows out with his crazy powerful singing! What an incredible man. 😍💯🎙

    No one can beat Jimi Jamison's voice. Sorry Dave Bickler fans. Dave should have picked some other song to sing.

      JIMI CAN'T SING THIS LIVE

    • @cheryldyer1744
      @cheryldyer1744 4 месяца назад

      @@packohub1145 This is a video of Dave Bickler singing; not Jimi Jamison. Dave was the first Survivor singer. Jimi started singing for Survivor on the third album, which was Vital Signs (1984-1988 and 2006). The original singer of Burning Bridges was Jimi on the Too Hot to Sleep album. Jimi had a pitch perfect voice and you can't beat Jimi's voice whether with Target, Cobra, his own Survivor group, solo CDs or One Man's Trash!! Listen to Jimi sing LIVE at Firefest 2010; he was 59. His live voice was extraordinary until he passed.

    Pitchy af. Nobody sings like Jamison

      Sorry, but unless you can sing in perfect pitch yourself with full power,then your comment has as much validity as Mr Bean competing for Mr Olympia.

      @@fatima.marianna Some people can sing average, very average but in their biased delusion, will convince themselves a great singing performance is poor in comparison to their favourite artist. Some argue Spice Girls are the best singers. 🙄 Then there are people that can't sing a note. Some of them even said Dimash Qudaibergen is pitchy and can't sing well in compared to their fav singers. And we know Dimash out of this world 7 octaves vocal abilities? These are merely opinions Fatima that has no bearing on the incredible vocal abilities of Dave Bickler. Look at his isolated vocals from 79, unreal. 👌👌💯💥

      @@jakeywilliams yes, that's true. Dimash is out of this world. Love his vocals 😍😍💯 . I checked out this Jamison singer before as his fans are popping up all over Bickler and even Steve Perry videos putting both singers down strangely. I was curious to hear this Jamison and shockingly discovered he was the Baywatch singer! Horrible voice tone, very scratchy. Had serious pitch problems in his live performances in 85. Limited vocal range as his C5 were not very supported in light head voice. Sounds good in his lower register and the studio Burning Heart. My family who sings hated the baywatch vocals, and the shallow show too. 😆 He's an good 80s pop rock singer that sounded like a few others singers of the 80s. Good looking guy 🥰 but shame about his middle aged smokers voice. Joe cocker without the soulful style comes to mind.

    • @jakeywilliams

      @@fatima.marianna Joe Cocker is an interesting comparison but Jamison has a better voice than him, more melodic in my opinion. As for Bickler being pitchy 'af'? Well, thank God this bloke isn't a vocal coach or he'd be giving a lot of folks their money back. LOL. On the other hand, I disagree that no one sings like Jamison statement as there are millions of mediocre singers in the world. ;)

      If you personally knew every human being's singing voice on this planet, then you could say no one sings like Jamison. But I can say the following don't sing like Jimi, such as, Dave Bickler, Steve Perry, Dimash (Kazakh singer), Pavarotti, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Bobby Hatfield, Tom Johnston, James Brown, Lou Gramm, Ray Gillen, Bruce Dickinson, Richie Kotzen, Bill Medley, young Leif Sundin etc. The list goes on.....
