SUB - TOPIC : SHOWERING
1. Shower every day infact twice a day. (Especially as an adult )
2. Loofah or wash cloth. ( Change them frequently because there's gonna be bacteria that builds up , keep a pack of three or pack of five , switch it out monthly or after a couple of weeks or when it's dirty )
3. Get an exfoliating gloves. ( Use it on your body and not face in order to not mix bacteria and germs on your body and your face , use it every 2-3 days ).
4. Pick a smell you love or obsessed with and implement that scent in every single scented product that you use for your body. Like coconuty vanilla vibe or whichever you like.
Make sure your body wash , moisturizer or anything you get is always like same kind of smell.
5. Shampoo and conditioner - Don't focus too much on scent , focus on what works well.
She shampoo hair twice
She don't wash hair everyday , she wash every 3-4 days
( You should do it all acc. to your hair type )
Rinse the shampoo and use conditioner.
Wash your body , then rinse conditioner.
Always make sure to wash your body again with soap after rinsing off conditioner ( especially back ) to avoid clogged pores and acne.
AFTER THE SHOWER
6. Dry yourself completely after shower. In order to avoid bacteria and fungus build up.
7. Moisturize with the same scent of moisturizer as that of your body wash.
8. Use a clinical deoderant. They are lot more stronger , they are expensive but they work.
9. Take care of underarms. (Layer two kinds of deos - use roll on deo first and then spray deo next )
10. Use roll on deos , sprays deos , glycolic acid for underarms or whatever works for you.
11. Carry feminine hygiene wipes or baby wipes out.
SKINCARE
12. Skincare should be more of hygiene , staying clean , skin concerns and your skin type rather than scent.
She's gluten free - she has celiac disease ( being gluten free may also help with acne )
13. Always wash your hands before you wash your face. ( After showering is okay , but always wash your hands when you wanna remove makeup while going to bed).
14. Don't overdo skincare. ( A moisturizer , vitamin C Cream and a sunscreen would do )
MAKEUP
15. Clean your makeup brushes. ( Clean your makeup brushes with makeup cleaning brush spray or a shampoo )
PHYSICALLY HOW TO LOOK AND BE MORE CLEAN :
16. Get nails and toes done every month. ( Filing nails , good cut , some store nailpolish would do the job )
17. Wear clean socks and undies every single day. ( Cotton is breathable so go for it and buy new undies frequently in order to avoid bacteria and germs buildup )
DIET
18. Eat what you wanna eat. Don't put yourself under a strict eating ritual but eat mindfully.
19. You are what you eat. How you naturally smell , your hairs , skin everything also depends on what you eat.
One piece of fruit a day. Consider a fruit a day girls.
Like apple or whatever you wanna have. They contains natural and pleasant smelling oils , fructose and compounds that absorb quickly and helps with your natural smell.
20. Berries , nuts , seeds , dark leafy greens , citrus fruits are all amazing sources of antioxidants that help clean and make your body smell good from inside out.
21. Drink enough water. It help you with everything ( smell good , hydrated )
22. Taking supplements everyday ( she told you what she does , she's unsure if taking supplements work for every single person who's watching)
Her supplements : Women's multivitamin , women's probiotic , hair and skin tablets , iron supplements( Helped her to wake up earlier and feel better ) , 2 vitamin C s everyday ( iron tablets needs optimal level of vitamin c to work and absorb properly )

Bro. I shower once a day. Wash clothes once a week. Change bed stuff once a week includes the "clothes" of the pillow. Use new washed clothes as much as possible. Thats it... you girls stink that much you need all this?
Also I dont have any deviant issue making me smell bad, I know some people sweat a lot and that can affect their smell. Grateful I dont have nothing like that.
@@andygarcia4497 actually mam , this has nothing to do with me , i was just trying to make it easy for the viewers.
Even am not a fan of decoderants(i use antiperspirants) that has nasty chemicals in it , or the perfume or the mist or that venilla and coconut fragrance.
Infact i avoid fragrances in my beauty care products.
I do follow all the basic rules of hygiene

I don’t recommend showering twice a day because it can strip your skin of its natural oils and your skin will end up more oily

I don’t get my nails done due to religious reasons. But I prefer the short look with the pushed back cuticles way more! Feels really clean and more hygienic.
I love looking at other people’s long nails, I think they’re so pretty. But I prefer shorter on myself

Same. Im christian but i do my nails but i always get the natural look done. Like, i dont put extensions om my nails. Instead, get a manicure, cleaning and gel. Im ukrainian so we prefer this instead of long over dramatic ones

Another tip is to use antibacterial soap bar on your private areas (armpits, breast, private part, butt) like dial, dettol, and or any other brands. Then use your favorite wash everywhere else on your body.

i actually recommend using a rag rather than a loofah because rags actually thoroughly deeply clean your skin plus they can reach areas that loofahs can't really reach (your backside, ears, in between toes etc)

I love perfumes and just smelling clean in general. I do know that the body chemistry and certain perfumes, lotions, or any oils smell different on every person. For some reason certain perfumes and body washes don’t stick to my skin. What advice would you give to those who have the same struggle of maintaining scents on their skin. You’re gorgeous btw 💕

I will shower every other day. I'll use conditioner, shampoo, and a hair mask. I will use a loofah and body wash by native. Then a body polish. I alternate that with a body scrub. The body polish, I have a couple. One is for acne, the other is for hydrating and smells like strawberry shortcake 🍰 . I'll then use a lotion that smells like vanilla from eos. I finish it off with a body spray from bath and body works. I like sweet pea and champagne toast. I have other scents but those smell really good. I take two vitamins. Ones a multivitamin gummy for women and the other is a hair, skin, and nails gummy. That's about it. I also have skincare for my face. I think I smell good👍 😅😅.

I totally relate! I hate the taste of water!!! Especially those bottled waters that say like fresh spring water it tastes nasty to me. I put superior water hydration packets and it makes my water taste rlly good and gives me electrolytes so it's amazing!
