Not everyone is as adjusted as you are right and so you have to take into consideration that some people are in fact, more disabled than others. Disabilities exist on a spectrum and you have to understand that. I can’t stand people like you who don’t understand that some people are more disabled than others, and probably do need a little extra help or so-called special treatment. I have an old friend who has autism and is in dire need of not just mental health treatment, but adult guardianship and a caretaker but yet he’s got family that has a ton of money but despite knowing that he needs a guardian, his mother doesn’t want to spend that kind of money needed to make that happen despite having it at his father outright, reject the idea that he’s disabled at all. To make matters worse, anybody who steps up to the plate and tries to do the necessary work specially if they have the knowledge to do so without spending all of that money there met with backlash from his parents especially his mother I know firsthand because I actually an adult guardianship case several years ago after discussing the matter with his mother and her telling me that she looked into the process, but decided she didn’t wanna spend the money. I should know that her current husband is the dean of dentistry for the university of Colorado and his bio father is a real estate agent who supposedly used to work for the CIA also. His mother used to work for some big company in the upper floors of the so-called cash register building in downtown Denver Colorado and so his family is strapped financially but anyway when his mother revealed that she didn’t want to spend the money I stepped up to the plate and filed the case Without spending a single dime because I know of a little thing called in forma pauperis or liability to proceed without pre-payment to filing fees/fee waivers. Unfortunately, when I did, so, his mom flipped shit and completely retaliated ultimately resulted in me being run out of the state of Colorado due to their corrupt family connections and things being assigned to an honest sheriff’s deputy who knew what was going on, and ultimately refused to let them have their way, and simply advised that I relocate because I had family elsewhere.

Auditor videos have encouraged me to read case law and understand my rights. So many people still just cower to a cop, for example, that tries to bulldog you into doing unlawful acts. I think good auditors should be above petty name-calling, and remain calm and professional all the time.

I support auditors like Long Island Audit because he actually acts like a reasonable person who has some semblence of intelligence unlike most auditors. I do not beleive that people like this do anything to help uphold our rights, they merely make people hostel toward exercising their rights. I would be hostel toward some insane person like this as well. I would even argue that his conduct is very close to instigating a public disturbance. You can be withing your legal rights while being an asshole, which is what this type of auditor promotes. It is clear that they purposefully want this type of response. This is not how well adjusted good citizens act. If everyone with a camera acted this way I would support changing the constitution to disallow freedom of press. While I agree with it in principle as it currently stands, it is not there to promote this sort of behavior. This is exactly why he is doing the opposite of promoting these rights.

I know the female officer didn't seem to know a lot but the way the male cop just talked over her and even snatched the card from her hand when she was giving it to Enrique and then started talking over her again. She went and did the work to gather the information that he hijacked.

To be completely honest, I'm not a huge fan of responding to rudeness with rudeness. If you keep it calm and professional regardless of what people say to you, not only can nobody accuse you of any inappropriate behavior, it also just makes you feel nicer even to your youtube audience. If, however, you respond in kind, you are just stooping to their level, and it doesn't really look good on you. I think good auditors should be above petty name-calling, and remain calm and professional all the time.
