అందరికీ నమస్కారము 🙏🙏😊. ఈ ఇంటిని మేము కట్టాలి అనుకున్నప్పుడు మేము వేసుకున్న బడ్జెట్ 2.5- 3 లక్షలు మాత్రమే.అందువల్ల అప్పుడు మా బడ్జెట్ లో స్లాబ్ లేదు దాని గురించి ఆలోచించలేదు. 2019 ఏప్రిల్ లో మొదలు పెడితే అక్టోబర్ లో పూర్తి అయ్యింది. ఒక చిన్న రూమ్ కి సుమారు 6 నెలలు పట్టింది అంటే అది కట్టడం ఎంత కష్టం అయింది మీరు అర్ధం చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఇలా జాప్యం జరగడం వల్ల ఖర్చు ఎక్కువ అయ్యింది. అక్కడ లోకల్ లో పనికి ఒప్పుకున్న వర్కర్స్ సగం కూడా చేయకుండా వేరే పనికి ఒప్పుకుని వెళ్లిపోవడం వల్ల మేము ప్రతీ ఒక్క పనికి అక్కడ లోకల్ లో కాకుండా హైదరాబాద్ నుండి తీసుకెళ్లడం వల్ల సాధారణం కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఖర్చు అయ్యింది. మేము వారం లో 5 రోజులు అక్కడికి మా ఉద్యోగాల వల్ల వెళ్లలేము. వారాంతాల్లో వెళితే అక్కడ పని చేసే వారు దొరికేవారు కాదు. ఇదుగో వస్తున్నాము అదుగో వస్తున్నాము అని చివరి దాకా చెప్పి చివరికి ఎగ్గొట్టేవారు. ఇంకా ఎలక్ట్రికల్ అండ్ వైరింగ్ వర్క్ ఒక సాధారణ డబల్ బెడ్ రూమ్ ఇంటికి చేయించినంత వర్క్ చేయించడం వల్ల ఎక్కువ అయింది. అది అడవి కాబట్టి అక్కడ పొరబాటున ఏదైనా పురుగు పుట్రా ఉన్నా సరిగ్గా కనిపించే విధంగా 14 లైట్స్(9 సీలింగ్+ 1 ట్యూబ్ లైట్ + 4 outdoor లైట్స్) , 1 ఇన్వెర్టర్ కనెక్షన్, గీజర్ కనెక్షన్, MCB బోర్డు, 2 సీలింగ్ ఫాన్స్, లోపల 3 స్విచ్ బోర్డ్స్, బయట ఒకటి, exhaust ఫ్యాన్ పెట్టించాము.అది అడవి కాబట్టి అక్కడ ఎటువంటి సౌకర్యాలు ఉండవు ఏవి దొరకవు ఎవరూ రారు. అది మేము చాలా చాలా కష్టపడి పూర్తి చేయాల్సి వచ్చింది. మీరు సాధారణంగా ఇంట్లో తాగే నీటిని వేరే కొత్త ఊరు కానీ ప్రదేశానికి కానీ వెళ్ళినప్పుడు దొరక్కపోతే 50 రూపాయలు అయినా సరే పెట్టి ఒక బాటిల్ కొంటారు కదా. ఇంట్లో ఫ్రీ గా దొరికే నీటిని ఇంత పెట్టి కొనుక్కోవడం అవసరమా కాదా అని ఆలోచించరు. దాహం కొనేలా చేస్తుంది. ఈ ఇల్లు కట్టిన పరిస్థితి కూడా అలాంటిదే. మేము ఏది చేసినా పక్కా ప్రణాళిక తో చేయడం మా అలవాటు. ఇక్కడ ఈ ఇంటి ఖర్చు అదుపు తప్పింది అంటే అది మా ప్రణాళిక లో లోపం వల్ల కాదు అక్కడి పరిస్థితులు అనుకూలంగా లేక. ఇది మీరు అర్ధం చేసుకుని తదనుగుణంగా మీ ఇంటిని ప్లాన్ చేసుకుంటారు అనుకుంటున్నాను.

After watching this video I realized why people who built their homes (with limited resources in many cases) are so attached to the homes. Every brick.. every door.. every feature of the house reminds them of the effort they put to make it a reality. Hope your kid will grow up with fond memories of the place. I do have a question mam, any reason for using Asbestos roof instead of a concrete roof? A house with cement blocks and concrete roof may really feel like a oven in summers, but durability of the house would have been much better.
well said andi... when we thought to build a house our budget was 2.5 to 3 lakhs only. so concrete slab was not in our plan at that time. we thought that the work would be completed in a month. I can't say and explain here but believe me, that was a real to heck to us. no workers, no material. it took 6 months for us to complete that small house.
@@BLikeBINDU ready made slabs Unnayi kada. Why don't you try that. It was 1 Lakh for two rooms, before 3 years. My uncle had it for his apple bear farmhouse in Mahbubnagar. Asbestos is good too. Try covering it with straw and water it in summer. Lucky Meeru BINDU garu👍

Initial గా కొంత ఎక్కువ అయినా, మీలాటి ఉద్యోగులకు శ్రమ తగ్గుతుంది, ఖర్చు ఫిక్స్ అయివుండేది. పెంకులపై మీ ఆసక్తికి చాలా సంతోషం. కానీ అవి ఇక్కడ హైదరాబాద్ కానీ పరిసర ప్రాంతాలలో కానీ దొరకడం కష్టం, దొరికినా ధర చాలా ఎక్కువ. మెంగుళూరు నుండి తెప్పించుకోవాలి. ఇంకొకవిషయం, మీరు చెప్పిన విధంగా, పాత ఇంటి పెంకులు కొనడం, వాడడం మంచిది కాదు. అసలు ఇంటికి పాత వస్తువులు, సామాను వాడడం శుభం కాదు. After watching this video I realized why people who built their homes (with limited resources in many cases) are so attached to the homes. Every brick.. every door.. every feature of the house reminds them of the effort they put to make it a reality.

I do have a question mam, any reason for using Asbestos roof instead of a concrete roof? A house with cement blocks and concrete roof may really feel like a oven in summers, but durability of the house would have been much better.
well said andi... when we thought to build a house our budget was 2.5 to 3 lakhs only. so concrete slab was not in our plan at that time. we thought that the work would be completed in a month. I can't say and explain here but believe me, that was a real to heck to us. no workers, no material. it took 6 months for us to complete that small house.
@@BLikeBINDU ready made slabs Unnayi kada. Why don't you try that. It was 1 Lakh for two rooms, before 3 years. My uncle had it for his apple bear farmhouse in Mahbubnagar. Asbestos is good too. Try covering it with straw and water it in summer. Lucky Meeru BINDU garu👍

నమస్తే అండీ...ధన్యవాదములు 😊🙏. సంవత్సరం క్రితం పొలం చుట్టూరా 3 అడుగుల లోతులో ఇంకుడు గుంతలు తవ్వించాము.వాలుకు అడ్డంగా ఉండేలా తవ్వాము. వర్షం నీరంతా వాటిలోకి చేరి భూమిలోకి ఇంకుతుంది. వర్షం లేని కాలంలో ఆ గుంతల్లో వ్యవసాయ వ్యర్ధాలు వేసి కంపోస్ట్ పిట్ లా వాడుతున్నాము అండీ

A small house planning to construct with prefabricated sheets/boards working out, what plantation should I go to not getting any clue.
