Yessss this one actually works! Thank you! Most ADHD concentration music is very rhythmic/repetitive with low bass or methalic sounds. Makes me anxious. Messes with my breathing somehow. I feel claustrophobic. Routine in the form of music. Too weird to explain. Not sure why it happens - I can't even go to certain types of clubs or music festivals (love the vibe, hate the beat)

@@EggsToYourBacon Omg same i am undiagnosed but ever since i was young everything gradually became overwhelming and i was daydreaming my days away, i also never fully understood the seriousness or outcomes of most situations as well and hardly feeling any emotions, i got expelled out of school at age 15 and isolated myself for more than 3 years in my room, i lost all of my friends and my sleep schedule was waking up at 5pm - 9pm then i just sat on the computer till i couldn't stay awake no more, during that time i was mostly gaming and listening to fast pace high bpm music and i simply couldn't listen to anything slow, i needed something to numb my rapid thoughts so loud and fast pace music definitely helped. However thought it was how all humans function and feel but even then i had suspicions that something is not right with me i felt different from everyone. I cannot sleep, cannot concentrate and even simple tasks can turn in to an overwhelming mess. and when it becomes overwhelming it's not just the disorganized and overwhelming thoughts but even my visual perception is affected slightly it's harder to see things because white noise overlaps it a lot and every background noise bothers me its especially overwhelming to communicate with my partner because i truly love them but it's hard to show.. I always used to blame myself for my lack of concentration and for appearing careless. I wouldn't really question why i am the way i am but when i got a partner and a job it really started to show, i also got in to drugs because they allowed me to feel more empathy, more emotions and everything felt just so real as if i was finally sober specifically when i tried MDMA the high was nothing that i've ever felt before, it was an entirely new feeling. Inner loudness went away and i finally felt real love and understood emotions of other people could empathize with them and what is even more insane is that after taking MDMA for an entire month i was organized didn't have loud noises it honestly felt like it has changed my life for a months and then the mess slowly started coming back to me only then i understood that something is definitely wrong so i'm going to get diagnosed in about a week.

It will get better, I promise! The first few months are very very very challenging, and I'm sorry you are going thru it, but in time the brain will get better and better at tuning it out. I didn't "hear" my ringing untill I read the word tinnitus in this comment :D I used to hear it all the time, now I only hear it when it is dead silence or I get reminded off it. Then I tell it "Oh hey old friend" and the brain eventually gets bored of it again and it fades into the background of my conciousness again.

Not only that but can also improve memory retention and can have the likelihood of reducing confusion. As a person has ADHD, I would recommend them to listen to this type of meditation. They have a lot of this kind of stuff on the app Insight Timer, both for concentration and sleep, plus conventional meditations. I've found it to be very useful.

Is there any way to get this as a download? This would help me sleep immensely!

If you upgrade to a pro RUclips account you can download or save videos. There’s also an app called TAP browser that lets you download YT videos

You can also covert any YT video to an MP3 but idk if it works for videos that are this long - google RUclips to MP3 converter

Hey can you make a video on dating with adhd? I feel like I get bored with people so easily and my serotonin levels are so low it’s like it’s hard to feel the emotion of love

@@Dancestar1981 this isn't depression, its an ADHD thing. We're often accused of being emotionless. We often have a hard time verbalizing emotions.

@@CallieCEntertainment as far as I know ADHD isn't a problem of low serotonin. I am not depressed, I am always in a good mood in fact! What i seem to lack is dopamine though

@@Lazymath007_ Serotonin productions/level is absolutely affected by ADHD. It's a neurotransmitter as well. The thing to remember with ADHD is that one size does not fit all. Our ADHD is as unique to us as our fingerprints. We each have different levels of neurotransmitters, the only commonality is we have lower levels of some of them, and those levels are unique as well. It's super great you're always in a good mood. But that doesn't mean we aren't perceived by other people as without emotion.
