To anyone who struggles with ADHD, know that you are not alone and that you have so much to offer the world. Your unique perspective and way of thinking can bring so much value and creativity to the table. It can be challenging at times to navigate a world that may not always understand or accommodate your needs, but remember that you have the strength and resilience to overcome any obstacle. Don't let anyone else's limited expectations hold you back. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. You have the power to create a fulfilling and meaningful life for yourself. Keep reaching for your goals and dreams, and never give up. You got this!

No need to have ADHD to have soundwaves and brainwaves making the effect on brain based on quite basic physics - frequency and resonation. Just everyone responds and vibrates a bit differently hence why for some the brown or pink sounds work better - depending on how you need to affect the brain - stimulate or calm etc. But very interesting phenomenon and am so grateful for finding it and be able to use 🧠🕊️🪽

I'm almost 33 now and I have only recently started to believe I might have ADHD. Sometimes I have trouble focusing on things and I have this constant need of overstimulation. Other times I become obsessed with something and spend a huge amount of time and energy on it, only to forget about it later.
I always need music, but most songs feel boring. I want music or a podcast or both at the same time. I get bored very easily. I have trouble finishing tasks because at some point they stop being engaging or interesting. I am a very creative person and I always have so many ideas for projects (people say I'm pretty good at writing) but I find it hard to finish any project. I think perhaps I coukd make a living out of it if I could focus enough to actually do it. I have started wtiting about 7 books, but abandoned all of them. I have the stories all in my head, down to the very minimal details (I obsess about the little details, I do obsessive research, I come up with names that mean something, numbers that mean something, everything must mean something and it must be a perfect link in a perfect chain) but once I have everything in my head I lose interest, like I'm bored and I don't have any motivation to write it down. All my life I thought I was lazy, but I don't think that anymore. I am a very hard worker at my job (in finance) and I now realise that because numbers don't come easy to me I have to work harder than others. Sometimes numbers seem to blend in together and orher times I have trouble memorizing them. For example, I don't know any phone number, not even my own. I don't know my own social security number.
It's a mystery to me how I ended up working in finance. I always sucked at math. Life played a huge prank on me here.

Time ago I downloaded a 15 minute audio of white noise. In my case it helps me to sleep. I use it when I go to bed and my brain is still looping around work tasks & so.
For work I need music with rhythm. I guess it works like a clock or a pacemaker.

I have never been diagnosed with ADHD or ADD but I get easily distracted so came to find some calming music. Instead, I happened upon your video and gave it a try. I have never been more focused!! I decided to try ambient music for studying to see if it worked just as well and switched back to this instantly. I plan on trying this out for my 8-year-old who has a very difficult time focusing to see how he does. What a huge difference this has made for me. I wish I had found this out a long time ago. It would have saved me so much stress.

For the last 11 months I have been stressed out by taking care of my partner who has an untreatable heart disease. There were times of emergency and new symptoms of discomforts which feels life threatening. To stay on top of the firefighting mode, there are endless cooking, household chaos and clinic/hospital visits.
There is no break of my mind, racing to swap between emergency and daily adaption to the new life style.
The white or brown noises for ADAH have been magical to switch off my worrisome mind.
I can no longer stretch further to cope with adhoc demands for emergency household maintenance e.g. sewage leakage from the upper apartment or dishwasher breakdown.
