@@nicholasnelson7365 I have to state the fact that this is Japan and living space is really expensive. I've been to Japan a couple of times. Ginza is one of the main districts of Tokyo, so $150 isn't considered expensive. Especially if you travel during peak seasons
i walk pass it all the time... don't care... too small, overprice and those wood are not easy to keep clean... you just going feel like you in a model sample room than a hotel room....
Everything Inga said about Muji Hotel is accurate! Muji Bakery’s Curry Pan is the best! I stayed at the Muji Hotel during my birthday week and man, it smells so awesome... wood on wood, on wood. The bed we slept on was a futon but very comfortable. Also, the lobby and the reception area is very relaxing. Although the breakfast buffet and food is not worth the price. ¥2000 yen for breakfast and very limited options isn’t that worth it. Despite that, MUJI HOTEL IS AN AWESOME HOTEL!
I love minimalist spaces. They also give me a sense of peace. This seems like a pretty nice hotel, however, as a hotelier myself I would say it is standard for most hotels to offer such amenities and it is standard to have everything neatly in place...sooo...nothing surprising about that. I did, however, find it cool that they offered face products (I love a good skin care routine). Cool video xx
I love shopping at Muji! The aroma diffuser and essential oil selection are the bee's knees. I always feel so relaxed in the shop 😊The hotel looks great! 😃
For those wondering why she said the bath tub was huge, that’s because the usual bath tub in a regular Tokyo apartment (because of population density) is ridiculously small. While seated, you usually can’t extend your legs. For me personally, a 182cm (6 feet) tall guy, I can’t even have my knees submerged sometimes
Considering it is located in Ginza, the premier shopping district for luxury brands and relatively closer to other must-see city destinations, $150 a night is on the moderately affordable side. I personally don’t like the cookie-cutter feel of the rooms since they’ll remind you a lot of their store. Their salon and bakery are superb though.
😣 i absolutely loved their chocolate covered freeze-dried strawberries. I bought like 6 bags when I left Tokyo and I wish I had bought 10 more bc I cant find them here in Toronto!

definitely going to decorate my future home muji style; I’m very weird and need interiors to match and prefer things from the same brand bc it’ll have the same look? muji seems to be a great choice uwu
I didn’t know they had an hotel. I only thought they sold pens.
From pen to penthouse.. they r a lifestyle brand in Asia.. quite interesting you can read up on e philosophy in wiki
Same, I only know their pens too until this.
@drosera and they're overpriced....just like IKEA
They serve food too!!
They opened about a year ago only
The best comercial that I ever seen
Yea,$150 isn't cheap.If I go to a hotel like that,I expect below $100

Inga: You can fit 4 people in this bathtub
Me: I would like to have what she drank from the saloon
it doesn't even fit me well i'm sure
😂😂
Sorry, she should have been clearer. It fits 4 normal sized humans inside. No fatties allowed.
😂😂 Me too
Spider Man but that’s still too small for 4 people even though for tiny people, i think it fits for 2 people only lol
watching this now is like showing a beautiful mansion to a homeless person...or telling a lactose intolerant person how good milk is....

This sounds amazing. I've heard of muji pens before (bullet journaling RUclipsrs) and I think the hotel looks so cosy. I think it's worth it.
I stayed there during my Japan tripped and LOVED IT!
How long did you book in advance? Would love to know for reference 🤗

My favorite place to visit in Ginza!! Their tea and snack variation is super awesome!!
This is so fascinating! I work at Muji Germany and I didn't know there's an Muji Hotel amazing 😮

Muji is the japanese ikea 😂
this looks way better than ikea

its better than ikea lol...
There's a muji HOTEL? I smell the expensive from all the way here lmao
good quality aint cheap my dude
I once bought cat sticky notes at MUJI. They cost 5,95 EUR. OVERPRICED!
This is one of the most aesthetic hotels I have seen in a while
You can find a better, more spatious, hotel-like airbnb place in Tokyo for a cheaper price tho
This was too short.
Nepali people wore earphones before they clicked 😂 you get it if you get it.

Well now I know what to add to my list when I visit Tokyo. :D
Post-quarantine, we’re making our way here and buying some stationery for ourselves!!!!
Thank you for putting Japan behind Tokyo in the title. I didn’t know it was in Japan.
This is so cool 😍

Plenty of motel 6 type places in the states go for 120 these days so...

It’s pretty good price for Ginza.
That hotel is in my bucket list ❤️
You forgot to mention the omamori / earthquake kit!
I really want to see a video about muji huts. You get so much for such a small amount of money.
Tbh, aren’t all hotels that neatly organised and they all have all the products too? Atleast all the hotels I’ve been to had all these things.
hmmm.. it's just ok for me. we have a lot of minimalist boutique hotels from where I am from so nothing strikes out as extraordinarily different.
Hello, greetings from Cerritos, district of Orange County CA!
Hahahah girl we take every slippers from any hotel room and we use it FOREVER

You can reserve the Muji hotel online but it’s hard to get one unless it’s far out also very pricey

Hah! Remember the times we could travel to different countries......

why did I expect a hotel game tutorial from the thumbnail
4 people on top of each other in a tub, only in Japan. 😂
When you are Nepali and she keeps on saying Muji. 😂
so what is Muji? Muji is a more expensive version of Daiso
Since when did Muji become the IKEA of Japan? I thought they only sold stationary
Nope they do sell furniture. Beds with storage and coffee tables and their very good quality tatami mattresses.
Inga, were all those little toiletries part of the price, or were they separate? What about the slippers?
Does the hotel charge you for drinking the tea in the fridge, or for opening the slippers?
Probably not since it already came in the room

What is the Meaning of *MUJI* in Japanese?? In Nepali it's a curse word translates to f**ker.
The rooms are too small for more than 1 person it be a squeeze
