    📜 Ingredients for 2 servings:
    2 chicken breasts
    60g (2 oz) white yoghurt
    1tsp (0.16 oz) caraway
    1tsp (0.16 oz) Garam Masala
    1tsp (0.16 oz) coriander (+ 2tsp for serving)
    1tsp (0.16 oz) turmeric
    150g (5 oz) long-grain rice
    2tsp (0.32 oz) salt
    Sauce:
    20g (0.7 oz) butter
    1 onion
    20g (0.7 oz) ginger
    1tsp (0.16 oz) Garam Masala
    1tsp (0.16 oz) coriander
    1tsp (0.16 oz) caraway
    150ml (5 fl oz) tomato puree
    60ml (2 fl oz) cream
    salt, pepper
    Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks.
    In a small bowl, mix together white yogurt, caraway seeds, chopped coriander, turmeric, and salt. Add the chicken and stir until well-coated.
    Preheat the oven to 200°C/390F, add the chicken on a roasting tray and roast for 10 minutes until golden brown.
    Mince the onion and the ginger. Add the rice into a rice cooker, pour in 200ml (6.7 fl oz) water and cook for 15 minutes.
    Heat the butter in a medium pot, add the onion and the ginger, and cook for 7 minutes. Mix in chopped coriander, caraway, Garam Masala, and black pepper.
    Pour in tomato puree, cream, and cook for 2 minutes.
    Pour in 60ml (2 fl oz) water, and add the chicken chunks. Cook for another 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice and sprinkle with coriander before serving.
