10 Years of the Badger Cull

It's ten years since the government gave the go ahead to a cull of badgers in Gloucestershire to try and control the spread of bovine tuberculosis in cattle. The cull has now been rolled out across England with more than than 210,000 badgers killed. But the number of cattle put down with TB is at its lowest level since 2008. So has the cull worked?
