  • Shuli Herold does the most beautifully sensitive rendition of it I've ever heard. The guitar accompaniment is also exquisitely done. This somewhat minimalistic performance imbues the song with an mysterious, enchanting character. It's as if her artistry "takes you to the very place of the story."
For an alphabet that has no vowels, this very 'vowely' song is a great showcase for the beauty of the Hebrew language.
    "TODA RABA!"

One of the most beautiful versions of Horshat Ha Eucalyptus with beautiful picture of the location including English translation.
Just one correction that appears in many translations. Maluach (מלוח) is a water plant typical to the area because the somewhat salty taste of its leaves. It is NOT the salty smell of the Kineret water as the translation suggests. The Kineret is a fresh water lake.
