MediEvil tells the tale of Sir Daniel Fortesque, one very deceased knight, and his quest to rid the land of undead legions and Zarok, the wicked magician who created them. The gameplay is very reminiscent of the action-platformers of old, consisting largely of running around each stage hacking up baddies, though there is also a good share of puzzles to be solved.

Wow. I've been trying these past few years to pick up running MediEvil and even after I've been playing this game for over 20 years AND watching runs for 6, I STILL learned like... 30 new things about this game from this one run. I love how the Medievil community is dedicated enough to still learn enough to make mind-blowing optimizations.
Shit like this is why I love TAS's.
