On the question of whether Christian conservatives would be happy to have Noam in his neighborhood: I know an Israeli man in a very red, very Christian area in rural Washington. "All politicians do because this is their career" is the problem and another reason to vote Trump. Being a politician was never SUPPOSED to be a career. In fact, it was desirable, once upon a time, that someone left a career to SERVE as a politician, then return to that career once their term limits were up. This would mean that politicians would have to face the ramifications of their policies, and therefore govern with that in mind. These career politicians have no connection to the private sector and have never dealt with policies from the position of most citizens. Kamala is the embodiment of the career politician with no perspective.
She had an affair with Willie Brown to get her foot in the door as a career politician and it worked in super woke San Francisco. And as DA, she had a pile of pedophile priest cases on her desk and did not go after a single, ONE of them. She is as corrupt as they come.

It is obvious that this group has a fundamental understanding of what is actually happening in the USA. With that said, I am profoundly disappointed at the refusal of all these characters to not take a stand. If these "patriots" were the driving force in the late 1700's, we would still be subjects of English rule. Instead of "Give me Liberty or give me death" our motto would be, Give me Liberty ,.... unless it becomes uncomfortable and I don't want to make a decision"!!!
You're wrong about a President having limited power. It depends on what they want to do. There are definite plans in the Trump-led Unity Government in both domestic and foreign policies. This is especially true with Kennedy, Tulsi, and Elon, who bring a tremendous following and knowledge base that includes real plans to accomplish real goals for the American People.
I’m glad they loomed up the dictator on day one…now do “fine people”, Bloodbath, this Liz Cheney one….I swear to god it’s insane when you start realizing all the main things you know about Trump being bad were completely blown up by the media. And everyone has already built their opinion of him partially off of thinking he did all that stuff. Again, watch him talk he does say brash offensive things but so much of the big stuff that they STILL bring up was total crap. It’s so infuriating the old media deserves to have their credibility dropped down an elevator shaft
Trump is an obviously terrible person. His record of lying is simple proof of one of many aspects of his terribleness. Unfortunately, liberal media is so freaked out by how to respond to his terribleness, that it overcorrected. Thus people like you have lost sight of his obvious terribleness. This I believe.
I think we need Instituitions but the problem is the Instituitions and the people at the top of them are severely corrupt. To my Jewish allies, I don't blame you at all for supporting Trump. I've been in the Democratic party my entire life and I've never seen my party disregard obvious antisemitism like they are now. It's gut-wrenching! God save Israel. Prayers from Greece.
@@vegasdice3639 there are definitely problems with the extreme Left of the party. That is how I would describe the (embarrassing) collection you describe. I'm not familiar with CB. The Haidt-elephant analogy is beautiful and very apt. Frankly, that’s why I’m voting Trump. I believe the governmental guard rails contain him.. versus the Left which ARE the guard rails… thus allowing the Left’s extremes to be implemented. I am very worried about racial, sex, and sexual orientation identitarianism; the influence of gender ideology on Title IX, and foreign interventionism given foreign nations taking advantage of US to underfund their own defenses, military-industrial complex incentives, weak US manufacturing capability, federal debt, and decades of disappointing results… all while romanticizing “US leadership in the world”. The above being said, I respect those that perceive Trump to be a greater risk than I do… as long as they also admit the Left has very frightening policies too and a better ability (than Trump) to implement them. It’s why I admire Coleman.
@@BruceWing Just insane to me. Kamala has spent the vast majority of her campaign refusing to talk about race/gender stuff, meanwhile the Trump campaign is talking about minorities constantly.
@@jorgemartinez42069 - That’s true only in a very pedantic sense. Remember, she is the individual that says she supports all of Biden’s policies (eg farm bill which prioritized benefits by race, interpretation of Title IX thru gender theory lens). She also supported BLM and has the history of supporting those very far-left identitarian policies (eg tax-payer funded surgeries for illegal aliens). She also supports the elimination of college debt via executive order (clearly an unconstitutional act, even before SCOTUS ruled against action). Given her past expressions of belief and past actions in respect to those beliefs, I don’t believe her being quiet about them now is indicative of her future behavior.
@@jorgemartinez42069 - As for Trump, I am happy to agree that the man says unnecessarily hyperbolic things on occasion (eg eating pets). That said, his actions clearly show that he is directing his wrath against illegal immigrants and policies which foolishly make large numbers of otherwise illegal immigrants legal (eg thousands of Haitian immigrants residing in a small town in Ohio)… thus causing real problems relating to housing and the taxpayer cost thereof, schools and the ability to teach kids of various languages and the additional taxpayer cost, and hospital services and taxpayer subsidized costs.
@@BruceWing I agree with you on the Farm Bill thing, but I think the support of BLM is highly exaggerated by right wing media. Yes, she supported the idea of justice for black people being killed by police unjustified, but she did not ever support riots and looters. But regardless, even if I take all of what you said as true and grant you those things for the sake of the argument, I don't see a world where those things are somehow *worse* than undermining democracy in the most authoritarian power grab in US history. Ben Shapiro himself on January 7th said it was the worst thing to happen in the US since 9/11. I can't see how you think that's okay to support and that some racialized politics, even if bad, are somehow worse for the country than a literal coup attempt.
@ - I appreciate your civility, but disagree. The degree to which people want to hold Trump accountable for the riots of 1/6… should be equal to or less than the degree people should hold the media and politicians accountable for the BLM riots. Trump directed the rioters to be peaceful… even though his rhetoric clearly made people hot. Leftists politicians, media outlets, and celebrities supported the BLM rioters by claiming the BLM rioters’ actions (which caused much more damage and killed many more people) were justified.. based on lies the media and politicians have been feeding the public for decades regarding race. See research from Roland Fryer, etc for details. Personally, I don’t want to vote for Trump because his effort to have Pence reject the electors was a terrible act… even though it is also clear that many states violated their own election laws in support of drop box/mail-in ballot initiatives that may have cost Trump the election. Because Democrats engaged in a hyperbolic (that word again, but for Ds now) effort to impeach Trump for insurrection - something Trump clearly did not do - they lost support from Rs that would have impeached Trump on the request to reject electors. Had Trump been impeached, DeSantis would be running on the Republican ticket… and Kamala Harris would still lose this election.

Sorry Coleman. It's about outcomes when it comes to Trump's foreign policy. None of his actions or words were ever "crazy." Trump understands what JFK understood - that having a relationship with your adversaries was critical to preventing war.
Totally agree about relationships and communications with adversaries. Less so on the "none of Trump's words were crazy" claim. I don't know if they were technically crazy but they scared the bejesus out of people from time to time. Paraphrasing a tweet.. mind you a tweet..from the President :. Wokeness is an entirely fabricated controversy. If the US turns violent it will probably be led by those who have guns and have an irrational fear of having those taken away by the government. It won't be by Ivy league students with gender studies or environmental sciences majors.
You dont think it got more woke between 2017 and 2021? Also, Why tf would you vote for a president because of one will make society more woke and one wont? society wont change much at all depending on who is the president.
Definitely things will get more woke with Trump. The fact that Harris never mentions her race or gender on the campaign trail shows that her campaign recognizes that people (even democrats) are tired of that stuff. The woke stuff got insufferable under Trump because MAGA is genuinely so racist and vile that it gave the woke ppl a semblance of having more legitimacy

@@comedycellarclipsnot voting is the type of “soulless” intellect behavior you talk about in this video. Pure moralizing and posturing without real world concern.
An engaging discussion, as always. 44:35 What evidence can you present, Noam, for labeling Trump as having an authoritarian personality? While I can acknowledge that some of his rhetoric may lean that way, we now have the perspective of his four years in office to evaluate. In retrospect, the record does not suggest he embodies true authoritarian behavior. In contrast, consider Biden's administration, with policies such as mandates and the use of OSHA regulations. To me, these actions align more closely with the traits of authoritarianism than those demonstrated by Trump.
OSHA is authoritarian but preventing the peaceful transfer of power isn't? Threatening to suspend the constitution isn't? Submitting false states of electors in an attempt to STEAL AN ELECTION ISN'T????? I cannot believe you people are real
Literally all the high ranking people speaking against trump, I despise for their bad foreign policy and the misguided ideology that guides it. I like that trump doesn’t listen to them, but who is he listening to? I actually like jd Vance or what I know of him so far. He’s actually intelligent. A rarity in dc.
What do you think about JD Vance saying he'd reduce the military aide to Ukraine? Its one thing to want to try and bring an end to the violence/war... but its another thing to do it on Russia's terms instead of Ukraine's or even the West/US. Other than that and a few other key things like him refusing to call out Trump's loss and his semi-coup attempt after losing, I agree that JD Vance sounds reasonably level headed and intelligent, if not a bit "weird" lol.
Those "high ranking" people are warhawks who are being paid by NGO's who want perpetual wars, which they know Trump wants to stop. They were also fired, so there's probably some grievance there.
Shapiro says it wasn't a problem because they failed at the coup. Which is among *the most terrible takes ever*, but necessary if you want to support Trump.

I don't see another path by which Iran doesn't obtain a nuclear weapon.
Sanctions. The Regime was nearly bankrupt and facing a looming revolution, and the JCPOA flooded the regime with money, allowing them to stay in power and enforce a brutal crackdown of the Iranians

I agree with your prosecution of the left and actions of political figures etc. However, as a person with a Russian Studies degree who speaks the language it would be helpful for all three of you to read Timothy Snyder`s The Road to Unfreedom that shows exactly how Putin manipulated first Russian then foreign opinion and actions towards authoritarian tendencies through chaos etc. Trump literally uses the same phrases and techniques because of an unbelievable amount of contact and financial indebtedness between himself and Putin but more importantly the political and financial influencers that Putin employed in his Eurasian Project to disintegrate Russian society, America, the European Union and NATO. That being said, the fact that Obama/Biden/Harris don`t understand deterrence, peace through strength, and the absence of American power creates a vacuum filled by actors like Iran. They still don`t understand that Israel is fighting a war with Iran that not only must they win for their own survival but the survival of what I will plainly call Western Civilization. Trump doesn`t understand the same about Ukraine. These two wars are now partisan "issues" are part of a larger war. I have now lived for 25 years in Korea and Japan which is under U.S. security agreements and I don`t have any faith that Trump will maintain those obligations even if he hires someone like Elbridge Colby for NSA who desperately wants to focus more clearly on China than Europe or the Middle East. Both choices are horrifying for me. Both parties have turned into the worst versions of themselves and we need to create new parties to compete against them. Thanks for the discussion.
This is the first time I've heard you guys discuss politics amongst yourselves, and not interviewing a guest per se. Speaking as an Israeli who has never lived in New York I have to say -you sound so out-of-touch. The way you speak about the "simple" people may sound ok to you, but to anyone outside of your bubble it sounds condescending and patronizing. If this elitist atittude is what some working class people associate with American Jews, than I can understand the annoyance. You guys should hang out more with Israeli people.
A lot a misrepresentation on Kamala here as far as the current far left stuff goes. Haven’t seen her say a thing while campaigning to make anyone think she is pro Palestine or anti Israel or antisemitic. Her choice in Waltz over Shapiro had to do with the fact that Shapiro would have outshined her in every regard and he himself was honestly the best choice for the nominee which would have made her look terrible. I’ve yet to see a single moment in which she’s proclaimed anything other than fully backing Israel while working toward a ceasefire which she only says to placate idiots as she’s well aware that won’t happen until Hamas is gone.
Do you think she'll support Israel to continue dealing with Iran? Or will she pressure Israelis to contain themselves? Thereby kicking the can down the road. Or do you think she'll engage American military action, possibly in partnership with Israel, to thwart Iran's push to the bomb? How bout dealing with China and their growing aggression vis a vis Taiwan? Who do you think America's enemies like China, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, etc. would rather see in the White House? Or, from the opposite perspective, who do you think the Gulf States would prefer? These are not gotcha questions. I've always lived on the center left. But foreign policy is now my biggest concern. Democrats have always been wishy washy about demonstrating full American power and establishing deterrence around the world. It's needed now more than ever.
2016 was the 1st and only time I did NOT vote feeling like there was NO choice: Hillary or Trump. When Noam states that Trump did not interfere with the populace, my thoughts went to kids in cages, families deliberately separated, and access to gynecological care. [It is exactly because of the crazy abuse of immigrants under Trump that I'm furious with Biden's incompetence around monitoring the nation's borders. So politically naive/reckless.] But I digress. On this day after the election, my heart goes out to the young women who will not have access to care. While I get that Noam sees this as respecting state's rights, on a gut level it seems to me that the natural consequence of unwanted children being born into a society with an inadequate social safety net is psychological trauma and misery. And it's scary to think of Stephen Miller -- or a Miller type -- being put in charge of immigrants. This must be a terrifying day to be an immigrant. Finally, I'm surprised no one discussed the prospects of implementing Project 2025.
USA TODAY The claim: Michelle Obama criticized the Trump administration for putting kids in cages, but the cages were built during the Obama administration Kelly asked Johnson about a 2014 photograph of him touring an Arizona facility for migrants along with former Gov. Jan Brewer. The picture is archived on the website for the Arizona Capitol Times. Johnson explained the picture was taken during a spike in unaccompanied minors crossing the southern border of the country. "The photograph you're referring to was a facility in Arizona - I recognize the photograph because Gov. Brewer was with me - and it was during the spike ... and we had a lot of unaccompanied kids, we had a lot of family units. And under the law, once they're apprehended by the border patrol, within 72 hours, we have to transfer unaccompanied children to (the Department of Health and Human Services). And HHS then puts them in a shelter, and they find placement for them somewhere in the United States." Johnson explained. Local NBC affiliate KVEQ reported on the conversion of a McAllen, Texas, warehouse into a holding facility for up to 1,000 migrant children in 2014. "You can't just dump 7-year-old kids on the streets of McAllen or El Paso. And so, these facilities were erected ... they put those chain-link partitions up so you could segregate young women from young men, kids from adults, until they were either released or transferred to HHS. Was it ideal? Of course not," Johnson said. Michelle Obama's assertion that the Trump administration tore children from their families and threw them into cages alludes to "a frequent and distorted point made widely by Democrats," according to the AP. The facilities designed during the Obama administration to temporarily hold migrants were used for a similar purpose by President Trump, the AP also concluded. Thank you Coleman! I have always admired your brilliant observations! I had already made my decision for not voting for either of these two BAD candidates. However here you helped me to nicely formulate the logic behind my decision! Sincere thanks!! 👏👏🙏🙏🙏
It is obvious that this group has a fundamental understanding of what is actually happening in the USA. With that said, I am profoundly disappointed at the refusal of all these characters to not take a stand. If these "patriots" were the driving force in the late 1700's, we would still be subjects of English rule. Instead of "Give me Liberty or give me death" our motto would be, Give me Liberty ,.... unless it becomes uncomfortable and I don't want to make a decision"!!!
it's possible that you're the one that doesn't understand the notion of liberty.
great content coming out of this channel
You're wrong about a President having limited power. It depends on what they want to do. There are definite plans in the Trump-led Unity Government in both domestic and foreign policies. This is especially true with Kennedy, Tulsi, and Elon, who bring a tremendous following and knowledge base that includes real plans to accomplish real goals for the American People.
I’m glad they loomed up the dictator on day one…now do “fine people”, Bloodbath, this Liz Cheney one….I swear to god it’s insane when you start realizing all the main things you know about Trump being bad were completely blown up by the media. Now, it doesn’t mean he’s some perfect guy, far from it but you try to tell people and they just don’t believe you because it’s so overwhelming the amount of lies.

On this day after the election, my heart goes out to the young women who will not have access to care. The claim: Michelle Obama criticized the Trump administration for putting kids in cages, but the cages were built during the Obama administration
Kelly asked Johnson about a 2014 photograph of him touring an Arizona facility for migrants along with former Gov.

It’s so he can skirt the truth and blame others when it goes wrong. It’s not a reason to be less afraid. Completely wrong read of his rhetoric.
I just can't possibly understand how the fake elector scheme isn't an *automatic* disqualification for Americans. If you read the facts prepared by the J6 commission, there is no argument for Trump acting in good faith. He tried to undermine the core of American institutions and tradition.
All these conservative leaning people are saying, "Well, he didn't succeed." As if that somehow makes it better? Especially now that he's purged all non-loyalists, meaning the remaining people willing to work for him are crazier, as well as the fact that the supreme Court ruling has given him far more leeway to try and successfully attempt it in the future.
4 dollars a gallon for gas, 10.dollar burgers, and can't walk downtown at night in Democrat led cities. I'm done voting for woke Democrats until Democrats get back to the days of a Dem like Ed Koch in NY.
What Noam's first anecdote tells me is that opponents of wokeness are passionately fixated of trans stuff exclusively and only occasionally will someone like himself come around and briefly show them there are other issues.
You couldn't be more wrong.
@@comedycellarclips I'd be curious to know how
the woke movement is racist at its core , racism the foundation of being woke
@@cameroneagle4370I agree that wokeness goes too far and don't like DEI initiatives, but I can't possibly see how that's a bigger problem materially impacting Americans' lives as a whole over a guy who tried to undermine the entire American system and everything it stands for. Just insane thinking.
@jorgemartinez42069 the problem you are having is that millions of us don't but into that manufactured narrative that trump did any of that or that he is a threat to the country.... do you know that media lies to us ?
2:00 I believe Noam is getting to form a name for himself as a "genocide denier". That's probably why Sirius dropped you guys. It's one thing to ignore the genocide. It's wholly another to platform people who have witnessed the genocide just to interrogate them with bad faith questions.
Name one bad faith question.
@comedycellarclips Asking him why he tweeted about a starving child but not the gunshot wounds to the head. The full list of your bad faith questions can be found in an Oct 19 tweet by To Bree or Not To Bree.
This people only see what they want,,, in the clip with Hannity , Hannity asks Trump about retribution, and Trump deliberately avoids answering to that main point,,,,,, to anyone capable of observing a behavior analytically, that suggests that he is interested in retribution.
"intersectionality is by definition antisemitic" - It was at this point, regardless of the pros or cons of intersectionality as a framework for analysis, proves to me that you have NO idea what you are talking about. Brutal.
is fonctionaly antisemitic.. you did not listen
@JVBLOUIN How so? Please elucidate.
@@martinzarathustra8604 im just writing what he said.
Oh and by the way Noam - just because your wife had no issue with the racist Puerto Rican stuff apparently many people did - see Aubrey Plaza’s statement.
I lost respect for Coleman in 2020. Voting for Biden was fine, but the rationale he gave was lackluster.
and now he's not even voting.
@@philbobstreehouse4900 I'm fine with that. I don't always vote.
who would watch this tds trash lmao
You, evidently... for one.

You maga types love being completely uninformed dont you
I’m glad they loomed up the dictator on day one…now do “fine people”, Bloodbath, this Liz Cheney one….I swear to god it’s insane when you start realizing all the main things you know about Trump being bad were completely blown up by the media. Now, it doesn’t mean he’s some perfect guy, far from it but you try to tell people and they just don’t believe you because it’s so overwhelming the amount of lies. And everyone has already built their opinion of him partially off of thinking he did all that stuff. Again, watch him talk he does say brash offensive things but so much of the big stuff that they STILL bring up was total crap. It’s so infuriating the old media deserves to have their credibility dropped down an elevator shaft
