  • Gen Z Protests coming to Nigeria: Is this the "African Spring"? | Vantage with Palki Sharma
After Kenya and Uganda, Nigeria is preparing to become the third hotspot for the Gen Z protests. Young Nigerians are organising under the hashtag #EndBadGovernance. They plan to launch their protest on August 1. Nigerian authorities are doing everything they can to avoid the Kenya-style protests. But can they stop the wave of protests that is making its way across Africa?

The Nigerian minimum wage bill passed by in the senate happened so quickly, you would think it wasn’t Nigeria, the government thinks that increasing the minimum wage would fix the problems they have created. Burna boy once said, we are the monsters you made, I hope the Nigerian youths protest ferociously to bring an end to bad government in Nigeria
