Both are cool and do the job but the last one is the one I'm going to build because well, something's just have a certain look. Thanks for sharing
Always clever and useful projects!🐟🎣😎👊 Floating tripod, cooler live well, rod rack, ammo box/weight box, simple and clean looking rod holder indeed! Both rod holders are great but winner is the last one if had to choose (more space).
Thank you buddy . I agree I like em both though the new ones simple and clean though
I like the first one, if you work with pvc a lot it is really easy to make. So far I have built 3 for myself and 4 for my fishing buddies. Keep the pvc projects coming really like them all.
Dang those things ain't cheap, you a good buddy lol . I appreciate you watching brother
Excellent video as usual... I like both of the rod racks you made, and I made two slight modifications: (1) Each row of rod holder tubes is 4 inches taller than the first (reducing collisions between reels), and (2) I mounted casters on the corners to make it easier to move around in my garage. Keep the videos coming! Cheers, Capt. John
That sounds pretty cool , I like em both too lol . I'm kind of partial too the first one
I like them both of the rod racks. Might add casters to mine for easy mobility.
That's a good idea , someone sent me a picture of one they built with casters on it
I like the first one the best. I built it last week and took it to my beach condo to store my rods in the storage room. Before I had all my rods stacked on top of each other and tangled up... now they’re nice and neat. Thanks for the idea!
Yes Sir , that is a nice rod holder I really like mine too . I was try to add an options lol . . I appreciate you watching brother
Nice ideas AGAIN!
The new rod holder you can also just add another row, or extend longer if you need more storage.
I like them both 🤣
Like both poles holders.
A little trick for you. Drill the holes down the middle of the board then you can cut the board down the middle and only have to drill half as many holes. Just glue it back together
They’re both nice. I always go with the simpler , quicker, and stronger designs. I’m currently building ones to fit on both sides of my boat under the casting deck. Nice to see someone else using pvc.👍🏽
That sounds awesome , send me a picture of it keiff32@hotmail.com
You're saving subscribers money and actually improving most of these ideas. How cool is that! Thanks Fishin N Stuff
Thank you brother i hope it helps and saves ppl money . I appreciate you brother
pvc rod rack the newest is what i was looking for for our new boat thanks for all you videos gave me alot of ideas
I like both rod racks. Ammo box storage is great too!!
I like the original pole rack. It makes keeping the floor clean easier.
The new pvc rod rack for sure Brother!!
Both Rod racks are great but I think the 2 nd looks better to the eye .
Me too , its kind of cleaner
As always, great video. I'm liking the latest rod rack. That last sinker holder idea was great too! Keep those ideas coming!
All your DIYs are awesome. I love working with PVC also. Prior to finding your channel I made a standing rod holder, a ceiling mount rod holder and a sand spike for anchoring at the sandbars. But you my friend have taken it to a whole other level. Good job and I look forward to see even more
Thank you for watching . I appreciate it
I like both rod racks. And as far as weight storage, I use empty medicine bottles for that as well as hooks or any other small items. Thanks for the great videos!
Yes Sir , thank you for taking the time to leave a comment brother
I can't choose one, I like both of the rod racks. They're both awesome.
I can't either, I agree 100% lol
DANG! Had me at "PVC", then just slam DUNKED me with a Harbor Freight reference. Love this channel. I like both of the racks you made, but the second one seems to be more stable with more floor contact.
Thank you brother, I like them both but that makes sense too me lol
Great stuff.. ive used 11/4” pvc for my rod rack wall at my old house getting ready to do the shed wall and separate my poles...fresh water and salt water set ups.....i think ill need another shed
Love the rod holders and really like the boat version.
Thank you Sir , I appreciate you watching
I like the new rod rack
The last one I like best if you have the room on your floor. But the second one is cool too.
I'm building the one you did that fits flat against the wall.
Both rod holders look good, but I like the simplicity of the newer version. Love watching your diy vids. 👍
Thank you Sir , yeah I can't pick lol . I like em both too
I like both the shop style and the boat style nice job.
Thank you Sir I appreciate you watching brother
No problem..I'm goin to make me some of them light that's bad ass brother .never used one all ways wanted one .and the go pro float. I love making stuff ..keep it goin
I like the last rod holder nice brother
Thank you brother , I appreciate your feedback Sir
I like this more recent version of the rod holder. The added couplings on top of each holding tube makes for a very nice finished look. I'm gonna make one with twelve holders!
It turned out great! Pic here: drive.google.com/file/d/1kKOb5xQHpqJvuORwm5DUiK-7a1xJyJp9/view?usp=sharing
Man ! It did turn out great . I really like those PVC rod racks they are simple and really stand up over time
The 2nd rod holder. I'd add a removable extended center pole to set in place of my table or rear seat post for our pontoon boat.
I like the 1st PVC rod holder
Like them both, the first one good for catfish poles and bass. The second one for crappie poles and ect
Hey Keith! The first free standing rod holder was pretty awesome, but the second one might make more sense for someone with less floor space. Also like the couplings on the second one, as they do give it a more "finished" look. Being a die-hard DIY'er, I really appreciate the stuff you do on your channel. Always learning something useful.
I really appreciate that , and thank you for the feedback buddy
Both racks are great! The only thing I can think makes a difference is the second one is only 2 rows making it better for someone with limited space. Great projects Thanks!
That's true . But you could add a row too the second and tracke off a row from the first lol I jk . I looked em both that's why I asked . Great answer
The first one has my vote. It looks a lot nicer. Thanks for sharing your projects
I agree I like the easy it looks better but I love the simplicity of the other . I appreciate it brother
I think they both look sick
I agree with you brother
There seems to be no end to the innovation on this channel Keith 👍
Thank you Sir , I've been wanting to make a knife , I bought a new grinder a year ago lol .I stay so busy . If I ever fo make some ima hey you too do a review for me man I love watching your knife reviews
@@FishinNStuff I would be honoured indeed
I like both rod racks. But in a garage I might go with the first one with casters to be able to sweep under it.
I agree
I’d say I like the first rod rack better. Holds more rods but like you said the couplings on top definitely clean it up more. Thanks for all your fishin n stuff!!
I agree brother , hey thank you Sir for watching and taking the time to leave an awesome comment
I liked the second rod rack. Also love that boat rod rack.
I like them both but the 1st one gets my vote because it holds more rods and we always need more! No matter what my wife says.
Haha good ol wife that reasoning force in our lives that keeps us grounded lol
I really like the PVC rod rack you maid on this video!!! Now I want to make one myself!!
I like them both. The first one is elevated off the floor where you could store gear underneath the poles and build it accordingly. This may provide a space saving for some applications. The second one is simpler, less involved and lighter.
I made a 10 rod rack holder using 5 gallon Home Depot bucket and screwing the 1 1/2 pvc pipes to the side of the bucket. The bucket fits perfectly into the 4 wheel mini dolly Harbor Freight sells and is perfectly mobile and looks great. Made 7 of them to hold my 70 rods neatly. 👌👌👌
I made a 20 pole rod holder using your design. It works great, but doesn't look near as good as yours. Your DIY's are very much appreciated and dwnn right entertaining. Be well.
Thank you Sir , i appreciate you watching em too . I try to be entertaining I like to think I'm not that crazy in real life , well I like to think it any way haha
The first rod rack def looks nicer/cleaner, but the second one, which also looks nice, is more affordable and easier for the average DIY person with limited tools/knowledge and it doesn’t have to be welded. Love your channel brother👍🏻
Thank you so much I appreciate that , and I agree with everything you said , but I do love welding , you know most ppl don't realize it but its kind of cheaper working with steel than it is wood lol
@Fishin N Stuff, I agree, it’s cheaper working with steel, after the initial costs of start up it would pay for itself and it’s more durable in the long run, fer sure! Just like any of the fishing related hobbies I would like to start doing: pouring/making spinnerbaits, pouring soft plastics, pouring/tying jigs, making rods, it all looks fun until you add up all the costs of getting everything to start up, lol. Then, if you’re not selling them, you have a crap ton of lures/rods you’ll never use in a life time, lol. Guess that’s why it’s called a “hobby”!
Awesome ideas!!! I liked both rod racks, although the 2nd is more space saving especially if you don’t have a lot of room in garage 😀
Both shop rod racks are really great, but my favorite is the 1st one. Also, the boat rod rack is awesome!!! Will be adding one to my boat this weekend , Thanks for your DIY channel; it is one of my favorites for sure . Good catchin !!!!!!!!
Good catching too you brother , I appreciate you watching, its ppl like you watching that makes em with making
I like the new style rod rack .
Love all the different stuff you do... thank u for all the idea's...If i wasn't allergic to latex i could paint stuff....
Thank you for watching em
The original is cool, but I think the second rod stand is awesome 😁
I like both rod racks, but the new one has a cleaner look, the floating GoPro mount is absolute genius, I will be building one this spring, great videos, I look forward to them
I like the new rod holder. The couplings just finish it off nice! Tight Lines Brethren 🎣😉
That's true
I like them both, but the latest one is a cleaner build with the couplings. Great video as usual!! Keep them coming.
I have a lot of extra reels laying around, sure would be nice to make some kind of reel rack …..you the man, love your videos.
That's a great idea brother . I'll be thinking that over
Both rod holders are kool. But the latest version looks better because of the couplings on the top. Nice finishing touch.👍x5
Original PVC rod holder. I gotta say Keith, by now you probably own stock in Charlotte pipe..😜😂😂
Brother, I love your tackle hacks!
I know you got a million of them, keep'm comin!!! 👍👍☆Jay☆
Nope not yet , but I should own stock at the local scrapyard lol
Both PVC Rodholders are awesome!
I agree brother, I appreciate it Sir
I like the original rod rack! Just came from Lowes gonna build one for myself!
I liked the first rod holder
I do too , but they both cool in their own way
Keep up the great ideas. Love what you do. Thanks for the entertainment.
Yes Sir thank you for watching brother
Love all the ideas you share. Thank you!
I really like the first one you inspired me to make my own turned out pretty sweet!! I haven’t modified it just added to it up to 20 rods thanks for all your tips and suggestions!!
Great video! Making a rod rack this weekend to organize my rods. Thanks for the ideas!
Yes Sir thank you brother
Both rod holders are great, but I might make that camera mount! That's my favorite one.
Awesome projects brother I like them both rod holders, there not expensive and easy to do thanks for your great ideas brother God bless👍👍
Like your first rod rack and I made one just little bigger. I made mine a lot bigger and it looks great and serve the purpose. I can send you picture off my cell phone. I also made one for my son. Everybody always asking me where I got the idea, I give them your you tube channel. I ended up buying me new band saw for the project. Wife approved! Greg
That's awesome man , and I do appreciate it , thanks
I like them both . I know a lot if folks like the easier one better, but like you, I have so many rods that the first one might suit me better.
Great video.
Like the new rod holder.
Keep up the good work.
Thank you brother
Love the NEW rod rack, dry storage too got ta have have that for my boat! Ta-Day!!
Thank you , what do you fish for mostly Beth ?
@@FishinNStuff Crappie, love the Crappie!!
I like them both but there's nothing like the Detail you put into everything on this channel, of course I don't have the shop and tools you have so I'll go with the second easy hack... Love the channel and all you do for us!
That means allot brother and I appreciate you saying it . But you cab do it too . I was building stuff on my back porch with hand tools for years before I could afford a building , . Maybe I should make some stuff with basic cheap hand tools ?
@@FishinNStuff Haha.. stay on track brother. We (I) am not promoting backward motion :)
@@ljelect lol I was just meaning , like on my last video I showed so ways you can get something to cut metal cheap , without using a saw like mine . I understand everyone doesn't have the same tools , I watch stuff sometimes and thinki I cab build that with a drill , butter knife and some duct tape haha
@@FishinNStuff So you're similar to me... Old n Resourceful not bad. Keep up the great stuff my man
I like the new rod rack better. Thanks for sharing
I like the simplicity of the new rod rack as well
All awesome projects brother..... I've been wanting to make that 1st rod rack back when you 1st made it but still haven't....2nd one is just as awesome as there 1st..... Super cool.....
You need to get a spray paint spray gun, its $3.00 save youre finger tips. You can also add rubbing alcohol to the freezer tube, it will keep it cold but not solid.
I've used those paint can sprayers they work good . The salt I put in the ice tubes do the samething by lowering the temperature required to freeze the water . But I bet Alcohol would work good too
I literlly have a note pad with material i need to build all these projects and will save over a grand !!! Its awesome love these videos
Thank you brother, you keep watching em I'll keep making em lol
Both racks are cool, but I prefer the original one. Great video, BTW.
Thank you brother , I like the first one the best too
Great video...the new rod holder.
If you ever have to make another one of those camera mounts, build the first one with four sides but don't glue the center T fitting. That's what my buddies and I did to make collapsible spoolers when we were running fiber in Ohio. To make it mostly sealed just seal up the 2 short pipes going to the center T. When you're not using it, fold it mostly flat.
I like both rod racks. I'd like to see you make one with wheels on the bottom and a fold up handle on the end, so you can roll the rack out of the way while storing......for us Hoarders that have things in the way of things in the way of storage racks.
I like the black one!
Like the original rod holder , but like you said if you don't have a welder the second one works fine. Great video! Thank you for sharing.
Me too
I noticed the old rod holder you made for the boat has hangers between all of the rod holders. If you wanted you could take some pool noodles cut them into flat strips and glue them to the new rod holder and you could hang lures on it. Also you could drill holes at the ends of the boards and tie on some paracord loops so you can attach tools with carabiners like pliers and snips. Anyway cool projects and cool video.
Thank you brother , those are good ideas man . I wish I had thought of that 😕
I believe the original rod rack was a nicer, cleaner build. Also, the original rod rack will be more stable on an uneven surface because only two runners touch the ground as opposed to four runners. If you have perfectly flat concrete floors either will work but your first build will accommodate most people’s imperfect shop floor. Really enjoy the channel - keep it up
Thank you Sir, I appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment , and I agree with you about the 1st one and the unlevel floors. Very good observation
Really I like both rod holders Nice job,and thanks for the Ideas
Seat post rod holder and the small ammo box. Yup now I know what I'm gonna do for the catfish gear up here in Minnesota
love the new PVC rod holder you made,,I'm going to the store to get me some PVC
Like your original rod holder. It just looks more sturdy. I made wooden ones years ago that went up against the wall. Works fine but I need to place a hook over the top slot so the poles don't fall out. I can see modifying this to go on the wall and my falling down problem is solved.
I really like the last rod rack but they are both awesome!
I like the first one too
Yeah, gotta make one of those rack buggers this weekend! Awesome stuff!
Thank you Sir
Both are good, good job on both.
Great ideas. Just found your channel. For your GoPro stand... The parts that you do not glue, stuff with foam , then drill a quarter inch hole through the assembled fitting and use a keeper pin to secure it. Be sure to sand the PVC a little so it will assemble and come apart easily. Lots of great stuff. Keep 'em coming.
Thank you Sir , and thank you for watching . I'm glad you found the Chanel brother
I am doing three of these for sure! The go pro one is first! Thanks!
Your last PVC pipe rod holder has got my interest & i might make one for myself because i need an extra rod rack cuz i have way more fishing rods & not enough space to all of them. 👍
I know that feeling haha you can't ever have enough rod n reels. My wife thinks you can , but you CAN'T hahaha
Awesome builds Brother. ! Thank you for sharing..Good luck fishing...Stay safe on the water...And ""Tight Lines "...! Semper Fi . Ooorah...!
Thank you Sir, Semper Fi
Upgraded versions of previous projects, sweet! I like all your project's bud. Most are simple & easy to make while take a bit more skill but still doable. Thanks for sharing & as always awesome video's 👊😎🎣
I like the 12 pole holder. You can use the extra tubes for nets, etc.
I like them both. Thank you
Liked the first one only because it’s easier to sweep under. Excellent videos keep it up, envy you having such a nice large shop. Need to gives a tour one of these days
I will one day I'll have too clean up first lol . My building is starting too look like the place DIYs go to die lolol .
The first rod rack, I got a lot of poles. Thank you for your time.
I like the 'New' PVC Rod Holder. I liked your sinker box a lot. I wished there was an easy way to make one on the rack I use on my electric scooter when fishing. I'm a disabled Vietnam Vet and unable to walk long distances. But I can fish, which according to Richard Gene the Fishing Machine..."It's a Sport, Second to None"
I grew up vegetarian, so I didn't learn to fish at the appropriate time. I kinda started two years ago, but this summer it's totally taken over. I love your channel, I've learned so much from you so far!
