This season has been nuts 😂 I’m from Minnesota and I think it’s snow event #11 but I lost track. Haven’t even finished billing for December yet. I only run two tractor routes and a skid loader route so I can’t imagine how busy you guys are. Keep it up 👍🏼
From MN x2 it has been crazy!!! I have always wanted to start my own company in MN, has this model in MN been attractive to customers as I have yet to see many companies running tractors.
I’m from Minnesota also and I’ve seen a helluva lot worse winters here. Back in the early 2000’s we had so much snow you could hardly function let alone keep yourself from getting stuck. I personally went 73 - 1/2 hours straight which wasn’t pleasant. I haven’t plowed commercially in 4 years and I don’t miss it a bit. I still do my own driveway and a couple neighbor’s but that’s it.
Stefano, thank you for the informative video. I just picked up a Normand 92-hybrid from Etienne last week. Could you please share one or two of your best suggestions for use or modification. I will be using on hard packed gravel road in Haliburton. Thanks. Wayne
What's your trigger level for your customers? Seems odd that a snow removal company would allow 15cm or more to accumulate before heading out to snowblow.
If i had the blower the other way it would not be possible to drag/recycle snow between houses... For residential you want an inverted blower. They just make the most sense, keep it simple.
@@DubstepDestroys I ran a TS 115A equipped with a loader and Smyth 8 ½ foot inverted blower. I only did a rural block and a private estate with 6 homes on it. My first winter I accidentally blew out the front windshield right before a week long snow event. I was able to score a lexan back window from a race car half way through the week. Just prayed the duct tape would hold lol! I'm a logger now so I don't have time for those fun times anymore.
Great videos. Awesome to see such a strong work ethic in our younger generation. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much, really appreciate this message.
Would like to see the front diff replacement please. Thanks for sharing you business experiences. Very helpful.
Coming soon!
Love the 6M series, love our 6115M with around 8000 hours....hopefuly we´ll be buying a 6M130 this winter.:)

Glad here in Ottawa we’ve had a bunch stay as rain. Keep safe, keep positive. Love the videos!
Ottawa eh, i talk to a lot of people from down there. Thank you so much i really appreciate it. Stay tuned!
love watching you videos of snoww am stuck in FLORIDA no snow.......
Glad you like them! Let me know if there is any video in Particular you would like to see?
Great video thanks buddy 🚜
Glad you enjoyed it
Look into a Yankum kinetic energy rope. It is safer than a chain for removing stuck equipment. Great content.
Advise has been taken, buying tow ropes tomorrow.
Matt’s off road recovery rope!
What radio system are you using? IP Radio or some sort of LMR radio system?
Motorola radios in each machine as well as portable radios.
Thanks you for the great video. Dou you try Ivt transmission
Not yet but I am very interested in trying one.
Good day from Ontario. So were is this from? Thanks
Sault Ste. Marie
What radios do you guys use?
CB

In Montreal it’s 5cm. I assume it’s the same there. 15cm is not uncommon during the winter and might have only fallen within a few hours.
5cm or more and we come service your driveway. Accumulation happens quick here.
💪🏻💪🏻🔥🔥 do you get out and do the side walks and porch
Nope.
@@Stefano_Narducci how many events per year for you normally
Using a chain is dangerous and very hard on the equipment.
Try a kinetic energy rope and keep people safe and equipment from getting torn up.
Send me the link!
Chain is not hard on equipment if operater knows how to use it, that rope is great ,good suggestion,
That type of snowblower may work well for you guys doing residential work.
They don't look to me like they would be worth bringing home
In the up of mi that’s a dusting.
Dispatch guy said fuck that get back to shop lol
😂
Ok chief where are you out of Canada somewhere talk cm?
Sault Ste. Marie, ON
Chain it up. You need to learn, here's the perfect time.
Taking your advise, buying tow ropes tomorrow
Meanwhile in Toronto Canada we barely had 1 snow event 😭😭
I know it’s crazy down there 😂
@@Stefano_Narducci hahaha 🫡🤣
Why dont you have your equipment in the front of the tractor?🤠

@@Stefano_Narducci thanks for answer🤓 cool operation you got! Hello from Sweden.
We got almost 6 feet in orillia in those three days I slept in my tractor lol
I was just in Orillia picking up blowers
@@Stefano_Narducci we’re you at macauleys by chance ?
Thats a bit of a haul, @Stephano Narducci hopefully the highway was as dry up there as it was down here
@@penndragonharvesting8217 I didn’t really sleep for almost 4 days. Really put my tractor and blower to the test. I run a newholland T5.110

Here in Minnesota we had 15 inches in three days shit sucked bro fr
That’s a decent amount for your area.
@Stefano Narducci yeah the money is good but a week of staying awake sucks
Yo we in America use inches or feet
Ill ask the editor!
Come to canada,lol
Dude, the snow cleaner should be in front of the tractor, and not from the rear, then the tractor will not get stuck, you need to change the snowplow.
This guy is an amateur getting stuck like that. Everyone knows you work your way in, you don’t just back up like that.
True!
