Wow, never heard a boss express so much gratitude for guys just being there plus pumping them up with positive comments. It means a lot to guys especially when they're facing such a difficult day
This dude is incredible how did I just find him! What quality videos and a solid dude can’t imagine he’s very old and is such and incredible boss with a quality company love this man shows what our younger gen can do! Ps to have a wife like that is rare hold onto that buddy!
WOW man I can't believe a boss that has the respect and shows it for the peopel that make the money flow for him. AWESOME CREW you haave !! FRom Ohio USA!!
We had something similar happen here in SW Ontario. Over 100cm of snow in two days. All the negative commenters have no idea what it takes, mad respect to you. This was snow event #1 for me in our town, first day ever with a tractor too! lol😅. Made for an interesting few days, but the tractor was a beast!
What an awesome young man, great job, dude. Small cattle ranch here and used jugs to fill up my tractors for a while, but now have a fuel tank. Made my life soooo much easier...
Your one hell of a boss so motivational. 50 some employees and still al ways taking time to let them know you appreciate them and telling them what a great job their doing is awesome that goes a long way from an employee standpoint
We have a snow removal company in Gravenhurst, Ontario (6 hrs south of you) and we just got 140cms on a weekend and then another 50 within the next week. Congrats on the blowers working in so much snow. We have people here that have those same blowers and it was a struggle to say the least
Impressive operation I agree with some of the other comments a fuel tank on your tank with a long hose would be amazing for you for refilling your machines merry Christmas
Shout out to the latin crew leader dude. Guy has a gift of explaining these machines and how to use them in tricky situations. Would be a great dude to work around.
I can’t lie, I’ve always enjoyed snow. Including the removal of it. And this guy knows how to run a snow removal business. Good job bro. I wish we still got snow like this but it’s been years now since we had a good snow storm where I’m at.
Its a strange thing. Something therapeutic about snow removal. The only trick is having the right equipment for the job, because when you don't, its no fun all the sudden. Dry year here sadly.
Amazing job guys.Stefano get a fuel tank for the pick's up much easier my friend and the weight is perfect for driving a pick up. BTW thank you for teaching me a great lesson , the way you communicate with soul mate was a eye opening moment . Cheers and blessings to and the crew . You want a nice video for the next snow fall ,put a Go Pro on roof in back with 180 degree view ,viewer will have birds eye view on what really happens when blower is on . We have cameras on all 300 plow trucks.
Love the videos! you should think about getting a fuel cell in your truck bed. This would save you time refueling for second pass as well since you can drive around fueling up the line!
Positive vibes ho a long way. We haven't seen snow like that in many years. Being in Eastern Pa, we are struggling to keep guys on in the winter months. We have kept 5 trucks, but nearly no snow. 6 degrees or so a few nights than 55 to 60 degrees and rain. Great video...
Never seen you before this popped up on my feed, wow I used to drive through Sault Ste. Marie when used to haul paper 30 years ago. I have to say this was wild to watch and, after listening to you and your wife talk, very heart warming it is a good feeling to have such a partnership.
I have a 1964 IH with a rear blower rear drive and it is good in this big snow because I blow and it clears the path so I wont get stuck but with no power steering it makes it challenging to drive. Plus 2wd is tough as well. I did manage the snowfall. Definitely not the same as last years now. Cheers
Can't imagine the amount of time it took to edit this video, we got this snowfall in SSM almost a month ago haha. Definitely the largest snow event I have ever seen; and you were totally correct about this event totaling all the snow we got last year, customers definitely getting their worth this year!
That guy trying to sell you a list of properties at the beginning is a perfect example of employees sometimes. Everything is on fire and you’re trying to put it out and there in employee land lol . Love the videos from Louisiana where it never snows.😂
If you get a transfer tank in the truck, you still can keep the can with the tractor, they can use and as needed you are able to stop out refuel machine and can no problem
It is hard to imagine that just a little bit of snow is such a problem. For those of us used to multiple 7 foot snow events events a year it is unusual to see such small equipment. Trying to move snow. I guess it's all about what you are prepared for in a normal season.
nice video , we use transfer tank in the utility truck driven by mecanic he does a fleet 23 L6060,and it goes good no down time, these event make the difference between good professional business and the new kid on the block, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK from deneigement bellecour inc NB
im down here in the USA and I want to say you have a great team love the videos and I have learn a lot from you bud keep up the great work and if I was in Canada I would love to work with your team be safe and be well
Hey you just popped up on my page and I was intrigued. What a story!! It's absolutely amazing what you've accomplished....keep going. AND you're a fellow Canadian. Cheers from Hamilton. Subscribed!!👍👍🇨🇦🇨🇦
very nice equipment park, given the number of tractors you should inquire about a small fuel tank that you could put in your service truck. You would make fewer trips back and forth to the depot and above all you would drag fewer cans since each tractor has its own emergency can holder.
Great, great job. Awesome job. What a crew you guys have so much snow. I have no snow at all still waiting for a snowstorm. All we’ve had is a half an inch maybe an inch and three storms that’s it not making any money. I appreciate the video so much. I just wish that some of that snow would come my way so I could plow great job man keep up the great work.💯⛄️🎄😊👊👏💪👍
These blowers are different than the ones on the East Coast of Canada. Here the tractors back in to the driveway so the depth of snow has less of an impact on the ability to get through the snow.
Used to do about 200 local nabours with one tractor one truck plow I couldn't imagine 3800 that would be crazy this channel makes me miss snow removal it's an enjoyable job
Brother it was a hell of an event, it’s funny to watch what you go threw cause we get it here in Peterborough about a day or 2 later, hopefully you caught up on sleep and had a merry Christmas
Transfer tank in a f250 and follow the route refilling... Need a few tractors with pushers on the front ... Pushers just help move stuff back and help clear a path and move banks back
Ik this is a one in a lift time event but you could put a 100gal slip tank in your server trucks. Then you could fill the tractors or cans on the tractors
The root meaning of the name Nicholas is VICTORIOUS PEOPLE. From a Southeast Michigan snowfighter(sidewalk crew manager) much respect u guys fucking rock
I chose a Case 321F for my move to Silverton Colorado for the maneuverability, tires, dual lockers, be able to plow/ blow forward and a bit more power. More money I know, but I am not taking any chances.
Great work guys ❄️ Snow work = redundancy redundancy redundancy Eric is a beast Time for an enclosed service truck for him and a fuel transfer tank for you 😊
Wow, never heard a boss express so much gratitude for guys just being there plus pumping them up with positive comments. It means a lot to guys especially when they're facing such a difficult day
he gotta glaze hard because if he didn't and ran things like a normal boss he wouldn't have any employees
The glazing is cringe
This is, without a doubt, one of the best quality snow removal youtube channels. I feel like im watching a movie. Incredible.
You need a transfer tank man. Way quicker and easier.
Dude needs to pickup truck 2nd gas tank in bed of truck. Save time !!!!!
Yep I mean I get the fuel cans but there’s a point where it’s no longer efficient. Got a guy out driving around anyway
Ya but slip tank n pumps have gone stupid price wise.
@@Mikk-t2oif their really doing 3,800 accounts it justifies buying one
Dont fill tractor on customer driveway
Shout out to Eric once again, this guy is the backbone to keeping the operators in the field moving. I love these snow event vids.
Im glad someone is getting snow.
Yo respect on the wife you have. To be that young and have those amazing words to say
A Northern Snow video on Christmas day is the greatest gift of all. Everyone is cheering for the crew.
This means so much thank you.
This dude is incredible how did I just find him! What quality videos and a solid dude can’t imagine he’s very old and is such and incredible boss with a quality company love this man shows what our younger gen can do! Ps to have a wife like that is rare hold onto that buddy!

I wish I had someone supporting me like you do. Someone I can come home to that supports me no matter what happens. You’re lucky.
I use to plow for a big company in NH. We had a few big snow events that lasted for a few days. Keep up the great work.❄️❄️
I think Stephano is probably the best boss I've seen who appreciates his workers and works hard himself
The man who fixed the door of the deer is amazing at his job. Great team player. Like a Steve Nash.
That guy deserves a raise he’s definition of motivating
You’re very lucky to have an equipment crew leader like buddy! He knows exactly what it takes and should start a RUclips channel!
100%
You’re killing it kid. Way to go
This reminds me of the few 4 foot plus storms we got, only use blowers to fill trucks or will pick up and through trash
Your team has a good attitude because you have a good attitude as a leader
you guys are good job to the city and keep up every day thanks from me
Much love Stefano! Keep up the good work. There isn’t many of us that can handle the pressure. And you made that look easy!
Interesting video. I think this is first time I have seen a company that runs tractors with blowers on the rear with the scoop facing forward.
Bro yall are killing it! Just found this channel might be my new favorite.
I work snow removal at an airport in james Bay on a hitashi wheel loader as a winter job, we've barely gotten any snow! Atleast you guys are busy lol.

Im in Gravenhurst and we got hammered here. Thanks for sharing

Great video...
Wishing the Northern team a Merry Christmas, hope you guys get some much needed rest over the holidays.
Keep pumping out the vids and killing it!
Sick Footage from Nick yes sir miller you guys rock took care of all that snow let’s
Goooo
Wow great team I cant imagine the logistics for that many props. I had 12 trucks running was crazy times
You need to have a few wheel loaders with pushers, and a few tractors with front-mount blowers.
What great content. Brother you guys are one big happy family. Keep pushing those positive vibs
Thank you very much Stefano for the video. Good luck for the winter season!
You all killed it, that was one serious snow event.
Never seen you before this popped up on my feed, wow I used to drive through Sault Ste. Marie when used to haul paper 30 years ago. I have to say this was wild to watch and, after listening to you and your wife talk, very heart warming it is a good feeling to have such a partnership.

Great job Stefano. Those historical events show the true professionals in their industry 👍
thats like our deere wich were glad gone with kubotas and case and komatsus the deere we had are useless and nothing but bad luck

Definitely the largest snow event I have ever seen; and you were totally correct about this event totaling all the snow we got last year, customers definitely getting their worth this year!
Dam, I missed the snow, was in Vegas for the week. Came back to the friggin mountains of snow.
That guy trying to sell you a list of properties at the beginning is a perfect example of employees sometimes. Everything is on fire and you’re trying to put it out and there in employee land lol . Love the videos from Louisiana where it never snows.😂
Almost positive he’s the one who parked and left. Same tractor number I believe 🤣
Almost positive he’s the one who parked and left. Same tractor number I believe 🤣
Hello from Montreal, we barely had 10cm of snow on the ground for Xmas and now, it's raining, alot.... Love your vids! Great team!
This is a true hands on boss.
Just a beast keep killing it
Un petit coucou de France, d'où je regarde tes vidéos! Merci et continue, belle réussite très bon exemple à suivre.👍💪
Mad respect for u. Seriously
Merry Christmas!!🎄
In a big storm like this it's nice to have a regular snow blower
Even nicer with a wheel loader and you dont need blower for that
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! 💪🏼
Definitely about keeping the team motivated. Good work. Keep it up boys
If you get a transfer tank in the truck, you still can keep the can with the tractor, they can use and as needed you are able to stop out refuel machine and can no problem

God bless you guys, I do the same thing in Montreal.
F*ckin rough one boys.
God speed.
Super interesting stuff, and your good attitude makes it even better.
Exposing the downside of inverted blowers. I only have a small kubota BX25D but the front blower is awesome. No driving over snow and getting stuck
nice video , we use transfer tank in the utility truck driven by mecanic he does a fleet 23 L6060,and it goes good no down time, these event make the difference between good professional business and the new kid on the block, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK from deneigement bellecour inc NB
Normal snowfall around here. We use bigger tractors and bigger blowers, typically Dalen, Tokvam and Duun.
im down here in the USA and I want to say you have a great team love the videos and I have learn a lot from you bud keep up the great work and if I was in Canada I would love to work with your team be safe and be well
Hey you just popped up on my page and I was intrigued. What a story!! It's absolutely amazing what you've accomplished....keep going. AND you're a fellow Canadian. Cheers from Hamilton. Subscribed!!👍👍🇨🇦🇨🇦
Its the UP, this is the way it is up there.

That kid's your best employee
I live in the Sault, it took me 4 hours of shovelling both days, crazy couple days
great work out there man, you guys are killing it!!!
Get transfer tanks for your chase pickups. So u can fuel tractors as you go.
look at the views for the first couple videos of the season. Its going to be a great season.
These blowers are different than the ones on the East Coast of Canada. Here the tractors back in to the driveway so the depth of snow has less of an impact on the ability to get through the snow.
Loving it!
Merry Christmas man. You’re awesome. Props to the wife too
What an awesome day documentary
Used to do about 200 local nabours with one tractor one truck plow I couldn't imagine 3800 that would be crazy this channel makes me miss snow removal it's an enjoyable job
Greetings from Slovenia. Just found out your channel and I love the videos and your business! Good luck in the future!
3800 customers , in 12 hrs. Wow, thats impressive. Is it the whole town or most of??
Fuel cells, fuel cells, youll love it
Brother it was a hell of an event, it’s funny to watch what you go threw cause we get it here in Peterborough about a day or 2 later, hopefully you caught up on sleep and had a merry Christmas

Merry christmas 💯❤️👍💪
Just found your channel. I live in Soo Michigan. I definitely think you have had more snow than us over here.
Man I would love to be there ,I love moving snow
Ik this is a one in a lift time event but you could put a 100gal slip tank in your server trucks. Then you could fill the tractors or cans on the tractors
If you do you could put a headache rack on it and more lights like beacons and work lights.
On the service trucks
If you do you could put the tank power on a switch in the cab
The root meaning of the name Nicholas is VICTORIOUS PEOPLE. From a Southeast Michigan snowfighter(sidewalk crew manager) much respect u guys fucking rock
I worked for snowsquad in sudbury and Appleseed in ottawa operating john deere. Never liked the Kubota. Great video. Fun times
good job man great work you should check on a Bilodeau extensible blower that would cut the Number of passes in every driveway
You stay so calm man!! I get so much anxiety when its snows.
This channel is new to me i like this content and was surprised your located in the soo. Im in tbay
Need some front mounted blowers on some of those tractors
Valtra and no issues handling that snow.
Good job guys
Push push
Love your content
I chose a Case 321F for my move to Silverton Colorado for the maneuverability, tires, dual lockers, be able to plow/ blow forward and a bit more power. More money I know, but I am not taking any chances.
Great work guys ❄️
Snow work = redundancy redundancy redundancy
Eric is a beast
Time for an enclosed service truck for him and a fuel transfer tank for you 😊
Merry Christmas Team Northern!
You guys are awesome I need one of those tractors for my driveway lol
