      My dogs have been fed kibble and they are fine. They are happy and healthy. They are extremely active and run all the time in the backyard or walks. Whatever your dog thrives off of is fine. They still have some meat and eggs in thier diet ofc. They also get a little bit of wet food and plenty of treats with beef. It sounds like a lot but they don't get everything every day. Some things are every few days or once a week. All of the dogs ive had have lived full and happy lives.

    What’s incredibly sad is that vets are paid to recommend certain brands exclusively and most vet offices have a contract to do this. The perks and commissions are just like big pharma. And as I look at the ingredient list on the back it’s obvious!

      Literally untrue. I am a veterinary professional and not one company pays any of the clinics I have worked in. we recommend food with research behind it . You can feed a balanced raw diet, but the average dog owner doesn't and needs recommendations for a kibble with research behind it.

    • @jenmontzingo
      @jenmontzingo 3 года назад

      @@Crazybouncycurls LOL. You run the books behind the scenes? The dog food companies have ways of hiding things. Read the ingredient lists on the majority of foods. Filler, by product, blah blah blah. I’m not talking about your prescription diet options for special needs dogs - that’s outside of what I know. Compare that to whole proteins and ingredient lists in food - and yes kibble - at independent pet food stores. I can think of 5-10 good brands off the top of my head.

      For a crate and playpen you can get them from a brand called Midwest which makes really good ones for a good price. For toys, buy some different kinds (hard toys for teething, soft toys for fetch and tug etc) and be on the lookout for online sales. Now for food, first thing’s first, you’re not going to find a good food for super cheap. Quality comes with a higher price tag. But there are still some good foods that aren’t super expensive. Some brands I like are Nutrisource and Fromm and if you’re on an even tighter budget, Victor or Diamond Naturals are good choices. You can find all this stuff on Petflow.com and everything but the Nutrisource and Fromm on Chewy.com. If you have any more questions just ask and I’ll help you. Hope this is helpful.

No where is it written that when a customer pays for a $475.00 Relvo(dog crate) and the customer asked for a refund 1 hour after purchase and they tell you had a change of heart. They informed me that I would have to wait for the create to deliver and I return the item. Then I would get my money refunded. That’s like two weeks after purchased the item. I think that is terrible customer service.

It’ll severely tear up their systems if they get those bacteria and could even kill them if not managed. True ! I feed my dog fresh too even though vet and pet store says kibbles I thought if I wouldn’t eat dry and food that is stored for months my Coco
    wouldn’t too. Love this video, though I’m first time dog mum I am so happy to know I’m on the right track…We are making memory and capture it in videos and photos. About pet insurance , I’m so glad I got pet insurance because my Coco got hit by a car but with God’s grace he is fine and I dont have to worry about cost , like what Rachel said we can focus on whats best for our beloved fir babies ❤️

    For people asking what they can feed their dogs instead, I feed my dog scrambled eggs (no seasoning, cooked, light oil just so they don't stick to the pan) every now and then. High in protein, affordable, and delicious! And it helps for an upset stomach. You can also mix in some cooked rice for fiber.

    I was told that you were supposed to let your dog eat during mealtime. I heard you say you brush your dog sometimes during meals. How would you feel if someone was brushing your hair while you ate or made you “work” for your food. I could be wrong it just seems a little inhumane.

    How would you transition a puppy off of a kibble onto raw? There’s a local raw place I want to check out and it’s very reasonably priced. It’s meat, bones, organs and raw eggs. Comes in 1lb bricks. Right now she’s on nutrience subzero. It has freeze dried raw chicken pieces and kibble, pretty great ingredients but I’d still prefer to get her on raw

      You do your thing .
      are you cooking are you watching TV let your puppy or dog do their thing .
      maybe they want to walk into another room it's all natural you don't have to help your dog walk into the room or around your home 🤣

    I started doing training with her food as my puppy wasn't kean on eating on her own, I do hand signal as well as verbal commands so I don't have to speak. Our puppy is 12 weeks and she understands sit, down, watch (eye to eye contact), paw, come will start stay next week as we have only had her three weeks, also we watch firework videos and other videos like squirrels anything you need your puppy to be ok with the more you put in the more your pup gets out of life. Glad I was doing the correct thing at meal times.

    Your dog recognizes S.I.T. as well as he recognizes sit at this point. You say it in a way that he recognizes. He constantly sits when you say S.I.T. FYI, you don't need to spell out your dog's commands. Dogs will typically tune you out when you speak in full sentences. When you said down, right after saying S.I.T., the down command didn't even register to him.
    Also, the reason he didn't sit the first time you asked him to is because the cat ran past behind you and he wasn't paying attention and missed the command because he happened to be distracted by the cat right at that moment.
