Sometimes windows 10/11 just does some weird things where the drivers just become obsolete, also this can be from not updating windows 10 for a while I think?

In device manager, it looks like everything is constantly refreshing (it repeatedly blinks) but I followed your instructions. I then did the cmd instructions, but it can not detect any issue. 😢
If device manager constantly blinks, it means it refreshes to find any new devices attached, I also had the issue a long time ago, I don't even know if I solved it or not🥲
I had an older pc, my usb port kept disconecting/reconecting.( mouse,keyboard, headset, camera). Ive never found the problem. I got a new pc, everything was new except the GPU, the PSU, and my SSD which had my windows on it. And the same problem was there. All my USB port kept disconecting. The only problem i taught of, was a faulty PSU so i bought a new one yesterday. Today i installed the PSU and turned on my pc. In under a minute my mouse and keyboard turned off and on. So im really pissed off. So the PSU wasnt really faulty. Then my friend told my to reset my pc from recovery. So i did, but what a surprise after booting my pc and all my port turned off and on again soon after. Ive even tried what you show in this video a few time before. I dont know what to think of this anymore.
I've tried both fixes and the problems of disconnecting or not connecting in the first place remain. I've only had this (Windows 10) laptop a year - more than ever I feel defrauded, by MS and by Acer.
If you have a usb c port on an external graphics card, plug a hub and connect your devices to it. There is a usb controller that the graphics card has that runs fine for me.

I have a problem. On my PC it shows three "3" USB root Hub (USB 3.0).

I had this problem yesterday with one of my external hard drives and I had to plug it into a USB 2.0 port and that fixed the problem for me

in the command part I did not get the enable only the I don't see my device listed and "LogMeIn Hamachi virtual ethernet adapter is disabled"

my usb porte on my motherboard and front panels where constantly disconnecting and reconnecting i hope this helps

then its a problem with the usb hub on the cooler

No I haven't , it remains a constant threat, although inexplicably worse on some days than others.
@@Grithron2 deactivate the disconnecting USB-Sound. Its no real solution but better than nothing

I've been using a usb hub since I can't seem to fix this but its really slow. Do you know why this happens?
