Hellooooo everyone!! So I finally got the chance to go to Haneda Airport Garden! What did you think of this place?? When I went on a Friday night there wasn’t that many people. Has anyone been there already? What was it like??
    Have a nice weekend! ☺️🙌

Great overview. The Haneda Airport Garden does look very nice. The airport is the last impression I have for a country or city so a good one definitely appreciated.

I remember the days of going to the local airport to celebrity watch. Met a local band on there way to Los Angles to seek there fortune. Saw the Eurythmics ( Sweet Dreams ( are made of this)) had just become a hit. Cleveland being the obvious choice to start a U.S. tour. And some actors, Martin Sheen and basketball player Bill Bradley. But would never eat there, unless your immune to botulism. Thank You Sarah-chan, beautiful sites there. 🌸

Flying in about a month to this airport for the first time!! Last time I was in Japan was into Narita over 20 years ago!! so excited to finally return to Japan. I had a very good experience last time, many foods are in Japan that are not in the United States and I love fish and other things that were served.
Enjoyed the hot springs so I will try the onsen in the airport !!!

I’ve actually been learning the Japanese writing on the computer, but I’m sure I won’t know everything even if I study for a few years. It’s just for fun ☕even if I just recognize one character then I will be happy. Last time I recognized the character for water in a Japanese garden and was happy.

I love airports, and I’ve spent a lot of time in them over the years due to very long layovers.. 😆. But there’s an exciting feeling about hanging out at an airport; people coming and going to various places around the world, surprisingly good restaurants to try, and fun souvenir shopping. But WOW, Haneda takes it to a completely different level. It’s actually an *experience*. It’s so nicely done and beautifully maintained. So even if you don’t have a connecting flight with a long layover or something, it’s worth it to plan ahead and spend time there before you depart. Relaxing way to end your trip! I gotta try out that onsen some time ♨️

I learned of Papabubble in 2019 at Tokyo station's Daimaru, always great to give as a gift to friends or coworkers when coming back from Japan. Lots of flavors to choose from.

Great tour! Funny thing, but my slight color blindness means I never notice when you get red because that's the shade of red that I completely do not see. 🙂

Haneda Airport: one of the most beautiful airports I have ever seen.
    Long Story Warning: At Haneda:
My wife and I were flying to Kagoshima, I got pulled out by security, they wanted to hand search my bag. My wife was so embarrassed! I got the evil-Ninja eyes..lol. TSA found a really thick book - like 800 pages - that they couldn't xray scan through...it was all OK. But 4 seconds later, they were pulling my wife her out of line. I starting laughing so hard! They found like 5 cigarette lighters in her carry on....it took them like 5 minutes to find them all, tucked away here and there...and they were like ma'am 'you can only have 2'. We were all laughing so hard.
